 If I missed them in Lothering can I still complete the final mission? Are they set up just like the collective... what I mean is you get to pick and choose your missions and its fine. So can you do the same with BlackStone?

you miss it and then it is gone forever, you can't complete it.

If you have left Lothering, but not yet complete any main quest, you can go back to Lothering, but if you have complete any main quest, Lothering is closed.

You missunderstand the question... I want to know if I missed them in Lothering and pick them up everywhere else am I still offered the final mission (where you choose the fathers side or the sons side)? Thats what I am wanting to know

i don't think so, because i remember my first play through in which i miss many things (I don't enen know about Gaxkang until watching on You Tube lol), i don't get the final mission of Blackstone whatsoever...so i think you don't the final mission of a quest if miss it

What Im asking is... what if I never went into the tavern in Lothering (thus never talking to the guy) and finished all the other quests (excluding the two from Lothering because I didnt get them). Will the final quest "Change in Leadership" still activate? I am asking about me not wanting to do the first two missions at all as I have already passed them will the final still play?
