-Started downloading Return to Ostagar via going to Bann Loren's Lands and examining Elric.
- When I go to my 'Downloading' screen on the home screen it says it has downloaded 0% and 'Patch required: 1.02' is in red. Presumably because I do not have that patch.
-I already have patch 1.05, which I downloaded so I could do Witch Hunt. So I assumed I needed to download 1.02 as well, to make RTO work.
-Downloaded 1.02, could not install it because of an 'Error 36'.
-Now it has taken Return to Ostagar off my 'Downloading' and it is now only available as DLC again, even though I spent the money on the points to download it and already downloaded it using those points. According to the game, I never downloaded it in the first place, even though I spent my money on it.
So I'm pretty annoyed, to put it mildly. I've done everything it told me to do, and it looks like I've wasted my money. Please can someone help me with installing the patch and everything? And if you can't do that, can someone tell me a way of getting my money back? Because it seems like a bit of a con to me.
