I sometimes wonder if BioWare is acting like the military with Area 51; actually encouraging or even creating the most outrageous rumors about what's going on to keep the spoilers confused. Between the tweets and the leaks the LI situation in ME3 is as confused and contradictory as ever.

Which my Shepard that is single did, so no I don't believe that is what he meant by options when I specifically asked about a new male LI. Anyways, again, I am remaining cautiously optimistic.

I agree Abispa, everything is confusing me about the LI situations. I am just going to spend the majority of my time playing MP with my Adept and pink armored Krogan I named princess till release.

I may wager that most players interested particularly in romancing male characters saved Kaidan.
New female Shepards would have to specifically choose to save Ashley for Kaidan not to show up.

Lol as Bioware keeps denying,  but if it walks like a "woman" and talks like a "woman" it must be a "woman" ... unless Liara has a hidden "tentacle" I don't know about

So basically, for my femshep, there's no LI ? Kaidan is dead in my playthrought and she wasn't lesbian or Bi when I created her. I would like to respect her integrity.

Liara, Ashley, Kelly ? Samantha ? maybe also Tali ? that's my options ? And no guys ? Seriously ? That can't be true.. I am not even a female and that pisses me off.

Garrus ( Really ? ), as new option, can kick rocks. That's not really something. Damn, If I knew, I would have let alive Kaidan.

But I truly hope Vega is a new LI, if not all I would get is the ladies and my single femshep isn't into that I already have a femshep for Liara  and I wouldn't want Kaidan for her because I already have a faithful playthrough with him to.

But I  virmired Kaidan in the genesis comic (I can't do it in game!) so that I'd be sure to have a femShep for Vega. That means she'll be forever alone as I heard that you can't romance any ME2 LI in ME3. Spoiler: Yes, apparently that includes Garrus

edit: stooooopid color coding! hope this works now!

So that should mean that Vega should be a LI because then straight femShep will have no one.

Where did you get that ? They said that a long time ago, yes ( maybe it has changed ) , but basically, Garrus isn't a M2 squadmate, he is like Tali. Tali isn't considered as a M2 romance even if it happens in M2.  Some people said Garrus could be the new option with Kaidan in M3.

That's the info I had. It could have chnaged, of course, but we won;t really know until the game comes out or someone gets the prima book early and tells us.

Anyways, I am not really that interested about him, I just wanted a guy for M3.  Human as well. Never I would have thought Bioware couldn't give an option. Either Kaidan or nothing. Well, so be it.
