I hope you're right! Because we need to know.. or I want to know. I don't want to spend the whole game flirting with him -or trying-, to discover at the end that was a waste of time. I'll feel frustrated if that's so

To be honest everything would be even better if we had FPJ's face on Vega's body and he was a confirmed LI.

I really really really want Vega to be an LI as well, but that tweet made me think the opposite, to be honest . To me it sounded like he said 'Well, uh, no, but look! He's fun to take on missions!'

I don't see it, but that could be because I choose not to. What would be the point of leading Veganatics on? They already intend to buy the game, and saying no he's not would probably not be enough to cause a noticeable drop in sales.

Hmm, that is what it sounds like to me too.
I'll try to keep hoping he is an LI till I have the game as confirmation though.

That's your opinion, I was simply voicing mine XD. I really hope you're right. I've grown to love Vega very much from what I've seen and read so far.


Also, they could very well be leading Vega fans on because fans that have become so attached to Vega already can still cancel their pre-order if they decide that a Vega romance is so important to them that it could make them cancel their pre-order of the game. That goes for any other potentially romanceable character as well. Most fans wouldn't do that, but there are fans that use factors like these to cancel and keep pre-orders.

Yeah, me too. To be honest I REALLY REALLY hope he's an LI BUT if he isn't I still fully intend on going through with the pre-order, I'll just put him on my squad and fantasize...

I have to agree with that. I'll be devestated if he's not a LI but this game has so much more to offer besides romances.

Yeah, I mean, I was pretty upset that Samara wasn't a real romance, but I didn't return it.

butbut I miss not being able to put away my weapons *pout*

semi serious reponse: Stranger things have happened. I am getting the game regardless if Vega is a LI one because I didn't buy the game just to romance him. Second it would require me to get up find the phone number, call and wonder if they will pick up, and finally cancel it, too lazy

Anyways I give up the guessing game and I am tried of worrying about it. I asked my questions on twitter, I am content and I will wait and see what happens, the game comes out so soon I can wait till then to find out if Vega is a LI or not.

I'll be a bit disappointed if Vega isn't any kind of LI (even a Sebastian type would be good) but he's still likely to be a regular in my squad, just because i've grown to like his character so much. He can be my human Garrus. I love Garrus but I never romance him so even if Garrus had never been 'upgraded' to LI, it wouldn't bother me.

Can't wait til the game is released so I can actually use Vega ingame - would have been good if we'd been able to choose him in the demo, especially since BioWare have been promoting him.

Ah well. Not long to go now!
