What a weird armor. It's like they're wearing something out of "Tron", but backwards.

It's kinda fun seeing him and Kaidan wear matching armors, though.

So please do not put too much validity into what he claimed he knew form playing the game. I have reason to believe he has made up everything he has claimed or has made accurate guesses.

We want ME players to expereince the romances in game for themselves, so I will not discuss what may or may not be accurate, but please keep this in mind while you discuss what was claimed.

Hey, what is the protocol for the leak spoilers on this thread? I've found something on Vega(related to the romance/not romance debate), and I just wanted to know whether it was OK to share in this thread. I know that some threads don't like that kind of stuff.

I know I would. I thought I'd resigned myself to a Samara-esque "romance" but these new developments are making me hopeful.

The script has a part where Shepard is talking to the one and only Kelly Chambers. They discuss things like her past with Cerberus, their own relationship(if there is one), and whether Shepard has "found someone".

There are lines for a variety of LIs, including Liara, Jacob, the VS, and, you guessed it.....James Vega.

To quote the script: "I've gotten close to a marine on my team. His name is James."

Later, there are more Shepard lines to the effect of: "I have(INSERT LI HERE)." There's one for James amoungst them.

There's a reply from Kelly that says: "I've got a weakness for the military type too." Granted, that reply might be for the VS, but it could apply to James as well.

Well, that's it. It's what I got. Maybe you guys already know about this, maybe not, but I figured I'd share. Make of it what you will. Me, I just can't see Bioware NOT making James an romance option. He's too.....available. And they know their fans. Sometimes they don't do what their fans want, but they still KNOW them.

Yeah, it's from the demo leak. I figured someone already posted it, but I'd consider it pretty conclusive evidence that James is a LI. It's not proof, and certainly subject to change, but if it was a Samara-esque romance when the beta was made, those lines would not be there. So it has either changed since then, or he's a LI.

And since I can't see any good reason for Bioware to cut out James's romance, my gut tells me it's still there. If he was never going to be a romancable character, then I could see it. But change it after deciding he was one? Nope, don't see that happening.

Yeah, my gut's telling me he is an LI, but I'm hesitant to actually believe it, you know? Mostly because of a once bitten, twice shy reflex on my part. I hope that he is, considering you wouldn't be able to tell Kelly that if it was a Samara-esque romance. I'm just wary.

Also, since I'm here, I figure I should just link to a few things I've whipped up in the past month or so that I've been absent from the BSN.

I made a (really) short James fanvid. Because why not?

I also finished In the Interim.

I've read this from the old script; I'm not sure this is reliable.  Granted, nor was Klace and the guy from the SA forums had an old build of the game.  I hope he's a LI, but I doubt it. D:
