Wasn't this a part of the original leaked scripted where they're supposed to flirt? I mean, the date scene with Cortez is almost EXACTLY like this, so it's still possible...

Lol I laughed every time Cortez said 'Mr. Vega' XD. I'm glad that the banter is in game. Guess I'm spending all of my Normandy time in the shuttle bay or whatever the place where James and Cortez are is called .

Ok I've extracted some of the sound files there is flirting between Shepherd and Vega for both m/f for example both say "the bed is a lot harder than it looks". I don't think there is a full romance though.

I haven't read nor do I want to hear spoilers but I was thinking...

What if Bioware is saving James' romance for something similar to LotSB? I remember the rage in ME2 when everyone's favorite asari was cold and distant for the entire game and seemingly refused a relationship with Shepard. And then that wonderful DLC comes out that is a few awesome missions leading up to, in my opinion, the best romance scene of the series.

I hear all this talk about James wanting to focus on the mission, just makes me think something like this might happen post-game.
