Some spoilers but shep is falling in a scene  and he catches Shepard differently based on gender. Basically grabs male shep by the chest  using his entire arm but fem shep by the shirt from her back. He was saving her life, would people really have an issue with him grabbing her chest to save her?

People here (and in general) don't understand what gender equality means.
I guess he could have grabbed her chest but maybe he was being polite
I am sure he would save Shepard however he could including grabbing the hair

Why is this an issue? Also, as to the title: Anderson does touch Femshep, unless you somehow consider grabbing the back of her shirt to not count as touching.

If I had to grab the breasts of the only woman in the entire galaxy who could save it from annihilation, I don't think "ew that's pervy" would cross my mind in the slightest 

I personally thought the little touches (excuse the pun) of gender-specific animations were a pretty cool addition.
