It's not exactly an issue of "lol Anderson would be a pervert." You're right; if he saved Shep's life, I doubt Shep would care at all if he had to grab a boob to do it. But the game developers are telling a story, and something that makes the audience giggle in a tense moment isn't conducive to the dire mood they're trying to set in those opening scenes. At the very least it would make most players do a double-take, even if it is a sensible action on Anderson's part.
So rather than risk messing up the mood they're trying to create, why not just have Anderson grab Shep in a different place? Simple solution! And yep, that's what they did. Bioware is trying to draw our attention to Anderson helping Shepard out,
not on where he grabbed her. This topic and previous ones just show that Bioware had the right idea.
