You are looking at the dictionary definition of femnism, in actual practice feminism is about man hating and female supremacy, constantly citing false stats and always craving more and more special privileges. That is the actual practice of it.

Think about it this way: You're Anderson. FemShep stumbles. You can either:
A) Grab her uniform by the chest
Grab her uniform on the back

I would not hesitate to grab anyone's chest to stop them falling off a building. But if I can grba them equally well somewhere else, why not?

PS:Just imagining someone being grabbed in the quad to prevent them from falling is painful.

There are variations of it, varying from person to person. The same way some people would consider themselve pacisifists unless under VERY dire situations. You are simply thinking of a vocal portion of them that seem more apparant because you find them more annoying.

While I had no problems with this being a shared animation between them, I don't see a diffrence between grabbing someone by their belt or if they reach out in front to steady them. Bioware sidesteps controversy generated in the first thread, and the BSN will argue about the nontroversy anyway.

Where the hell did you get 40%? I got a figure here stating 8% from the FBI. I'm not denying there are evil ****es in the world, but evil men and rapists that get away without conviction sure balance it out.

Those help centres/safe houses usually have to cope with the larger number of female victims compared to male victims. Now, if more men get rape then they'll get more help centres to cope with them.

Some spoilers but shep is falling in a scene  and he catches Shepard differently based on gender. Basically grabs male shep by the chest  using his entire arm but fem shep by the shirt from her back. He was saving her life, would people really have an issue with him grabbing her chest to save her?

That is not the most effecient way. It was changed because of the previous thread not because of weight. Even if she outweighs male shep it still a risk of her falling/slipping.

The FBI figures are not particularly accurate on rape stats, there are specific studies carried out that point to a much higher percentage.

And regarding help centres, I specifically was referring to those for domestic violence and domestic violence displays gender symmetry being roughly 50/50 YET women have almost 400 more than men.
