Where do I go at the start screen to play through DLCs I downloaded if I already beat the game?I have multiple playthroughs and I can't seem to find a good answer on how I get back into my games that are already beaten?

You just load your game and continue playing.

You seem to be labouring under the misconception that the dlcs are standalone modules; they aren't, they're integrated into the game.

So my only load point is the middle of the last mission I have to play through the last mission then after that the game will allow me to play these missions? I don't see a load option for completed.

If by 'last mission' you mean the Suicide Mission, yes. You finish that and you can continue with the game. There is no special save game if that's what you have in mind.

ok well I hate that I have to play the suicide mission again I was kinda hoping I could just move on from the last time I beat it, since I ended up getting out with everyone alive. but I'll just play through it again and hope I do as good thanks.

You could always check to see whether you have an autosave that kicked in after the Suicide Mission; there is one if memory serves (though presumably if you turned the autosave feature on).
