I still saved more money than you and didn't have to be tortured by the fact that I bought another generic and incredibly bland FPS that people like you praise so hard just because it added one thing that was different from the last game. You lose. You will always lose. 

This sounds like somebody who is desperately trying to validate their own choices by beating up on someone else's. I bought BF3 and had dozens of hours of great fun with my buddies. Other people didn't, and had fun doing something else. That's great. It's that simple.

The BF3 early access was good huckstering on EA's part, as what was supposed to be two weeks early turned into 3 days and people on Facebook of all things got even earlier access.

Wow a person who has a brain.

At the rate at how we comment it, common sense may actually turn into a luxury.

Sorry, I couldn't hear your obviously biased pro-BF3 statement over the sound of a dude jumping out of a plane with an RPG, firing said RPG and hitting an enemy plane; destroying it, then hopping back into his plane almost a mile off the ground.

When we can do that in real life, we won't need videogames.

Man, Bioware / EA have handled all this marketing **** in a really messy way.


Remember back in the day when you used to:

-Buy a game on release day and get all release day the content.
-Download a demo when it came out.


No no no, that's not edgy enough, nowadays you have to:


-Buy the special n7 pre-order edition of the content from gamestation / game / ebgames + play the kingdom of amular demo for 2 hours in order to get all the release day content.
-Pre-order Battlefield 3, wait for the 12th of February, play a facebook game which is entirely based around luck for an hour or two, download the demo, then play it on xbox 360, with the multiplayer portion available for 2 days, unless you pre-ordered Battlefield 3, in which case you can play it from the 14th onwards, but if you didn't then you have to wait till the 17th to access all of the demo's content.




I mean jesus **** how many godammed hoops do I have to jump through just to play a ****ing demo.

I'm an avid bioware fan, always have been since the kotor days, but I can't believe how difficult it is just to play the godammed thing.
