Here's some answers to some of the questions I saw:

- note there are more enemy types in full game MP. Demo is only Cerberus for now.
- you can customize your character appearance, powers - you slowly unlock the ability to customize your appearance more and more.
- weapon benches are in there yes.
- you can also equip 3 equipment slots for things like ammo, self-rez stuff like that
- im not sure what the difference is between the MP and SP powers (if anything)
- there are 3 difficulty settings for a match: bronze/silver/gold and they get a LOT harder past bronze from what I hear

hi jarrett maybe you can help. now is the demo only open for those who purchased bf3 or is this a open thing for everybody?

Its open to anyone who has the battlefield 3 online pass for xbox 360.

Only BF3 online pass players at this point.  My friend (who didn't buy BF3) can't get on but I can (I did buy BF3).

Hey guys, it's definitely confusing in this transition from preview demo to full demo:

1) so far the only publicly announced way to play MP early is to have BF3 online pass
2) the only publicly accessible demo right now is the 360 early access one. If you have item (1), you can play MP on Xbox right now but may have trouble finding other players
3) the publicly accessible demo goes live at various times after midnight PST tonight (ie not likely earlier than that). Once you download the demo on your platform, you can play MP provided you have item (1) above
4) we hope to announce another way to get in there and start playing MP....

That's the answer. At the same time, this is also how it will be when in a year so which is why all MP games & modes should have bots and/or split-screen co-op, so you don't have major issues being able to play the game at all once it becomes much less popular and there's little people to find online

But what I do find odd is that when I search for a match, and there is one person in that match and I leave. And I search again(with the same filters), I get into a match with someone else. Why not put that person with the one from the previous match? (if you understand what I mean )

Yeah, come the 17th the player base for finding matchs should skyrocket even more. The BF3 ME cross-over probably isn't as big as it could be. Gods know I would never buy BF. Loved the Bad Company games (especially the first one) but I'm just not a fan of the multiplayer it brings on consoles.

Game is designed around the PC and having 32 people per-side. Scale that down to 16 per side and its... empty. That and they've always managed to make the vehicle compliments horrible when compared to stuff like Halo. Halo, so far, is the only FPS I've seen that has vehicles in matchs where it doesn't feel horribly overpowered or anyone can use them with little issue.

Can only take so much upside down flying into buildings before my funs drained away.

customization? U can change the color of ur armor and level your PC as u see fit... if u have the points that is

U can also pick from a few weapons and 2 or 3 mods. I've only seen two but then again I've only played with the Vanguard. I'm sure there is more for the other classes

U can Also choose a loadout that gives.... well I'm sure what each of them give. I think it's just weapons and mods. Cost money too. 1st is 5000 credits. 2nd is 15000 I think and the 3rd is 20000. That may seem like a lot but its not that hard to get if u play like 3 games and win them.

Oh and u can pick ur class.... but that should go without saying lol

you'd have to be messed up in the head to buy a game you didn't want to get access 3 days earlier to a demo. Luckily I love BF and ME  so it was win win for me.

I can confirm that Turians can't.  I haven't had a chance to play an Asari, Salarian, Quarian, or a Krogan.

Played single player again, didn't unlock anything.

Played multiplayer, got to wave 10. Two of the other guys dropped and we got killed in 2 seconds by a ATLAS and a Phantom.

lol yeah we won two or three before the host put the difficulty up to silver.... things went downhill from there lol Haven't won since. 

Though part of the reason is its hard to find four people to play with.

I HATE the phantoms.  Hard as hell to hit becase of the way they move and they will insta kill you if they get close.

Ah hell guys, if the demo is an indication of the final product all the species are genderlocked.

Some of these make sense of course, but here is the list... Obvious ones first.

yea i kind of got that when i did sp on normal. i got lit up by cerberus troops on the krogan level

No, once it looses its last bit of Amror it blows up.  You can't pilot it.  Trust me I tried.  I have killed 10 of them and every single one blows up at the last shot.
