I'm still downloading the demo so while I can't check for myself whether your claim is true, I have seen MP vids on youtube where people have repeatedly dodged grenades by rolling away from them without any apparent difficulty. And from what I've seen the Grenades have a long enough fuse that you have enough time to get away by walking or sprinting away from it. 

So yes, this makes me angry, as they could've easily given us more hours of singleplayer with all the time they wasted on this.  


And how sure are you that they sacrificed something out of the singleplayer to get us multiplayer? We don't even have the full game yet.

Well going by the demo's single player, the cover system is pretty sloppy compared to GoW3. I jump around like a bunny on crack looking for it's latest hit and in the single player, I found escape hard because getting into and out of cover is jacked up. I hope they patch it.

In singleplayer at least, it's more about seeing the grenade then like in GoW's hearing the warning and having a panic attack while u fly the hell out of there, lol. Look for a red diamond highlight looking thing and that's showing you there is a grenade there, so... don't go there or move away if u are there, lol. It stays up for a pretty good length of time. But yeah, I am used to Gears3 and hearing someone say grenade and me going "oh sh---" and jumping and flying away and praying I don't run head first into a Grinder or something comparable, lol.

Sounds awesome. I just really hope it doesn't get smacked with the nasty nerf stick if/when they release patches. That's just cruel. :(

Playing a krogan Sentinel tends to be very addictive to me. Just standing there, taking all the damage, while simply firing back with you AR is very satisfying. I feel invincible!

But then those sneaky Phantoms keeps coming from behind. They are pesky ones, I tell ya.

Playing as engineer..... omg... never had so much fun

Pretty sure i heard somebody saying grenades are OP and you cant dodge? I can confirm this is 100% true..... if you have no hands

Just leveling up a character the way you want and being able to play all these cool race/class combos would be awesome on its on, but the shooter gameplay has been refined to an art form. This is going to have some legs.

I love it, but rather wish those objectives weren't mission mandatory as those elimination missions are aggravating when there's only 2 players in a match and you have so little time to kill the targets. I hate those Nemesis as they always run away.:pinched:

MP is so AWESOME! Level 11 Soldier atm and it's a blast to control the enemies with the Concusive Shot while your team mates take them down :)

They weren't jerking around when they put in this MP mode... It really is an extra and full game mode, not just something to put on the box-cover to draw MP audience as well. It properly feels like a MP shooter. I did run across some glitches, but they were graphical in nature most of the time... Not bad from a studio that does RPG's ;) And trust me, that is an understatement... Now where is that ammo-resuply point?

Yeah. PvP would ruin this game totally.

I love Multiplayer! And Matchmaking works quite good to be honest.

Excellent MP. The classes are relatively well balanced. Not too sure about the random unlocks, but it's not too bad - I kind of like the lottery element and the suspense just before that box opens!
