Me!!!

Nah...just kiddin.
I am choking for this game to be released.  they could put Jar-Jar Binks in as a squadmate and i still wouldn't cancel my pre-order.

Why would someone cancel a pre-order for this game anyway?Image IPB

I canceled my pre-order twice already. But I'm keeping my Gamestop one with all the bonuses.

Well Game.co.uk cancelled my preorder for the standard edition for no reason today.

Anyone know if any other UK retailers have preorder bonus items?

Who cares if anyone has cancelled it since ME3 has already reached the 1 million pre-order mark.

For things like massively railroaded plot points (CB and Counselor, Rachni) and the absurd focus on combat (combat rolls. Seriously. COMBAT ROLLS).

I wasn't serious, I have been provocative. Obviously I can't know if EVERYONE has cancelled, or if EVERYONE hasn't cancelled. Thank you captain obvious.  I've just seen many people saying that, and they are still there to talk about this game, very interested.

Tempted me to cancel. But I'll never use it, so it's not that big a kicker for me.

I haven't pre-ordered...well, I'm meaning to, but the closest GameStop is like 30 miles from where I live so I don't go often.

I can still pre-order the Collector's Edition, right?

I really did cancel my CE pre-order on the day that it was confirmed that Origin is not only required but that you have to have Origin running to launch ME3 every single time.

Wanting to finish the series though I did pre-order the 360 version. I would have really preferred the PC version as 95% of my games are on PC. So EA is still getting my money but long term this does drive me away as a customer. There's little to no chance I buy any DLC. Perhaps when there is a non-Origin required version on the PC I will pick it up on PC. The Origin move combined with the money grab DAII has really caused me to lose a lot of respect for what was once my favorite developer.

It's not like they care though, I'm clearly in the minority here.

My friend.
Well, technically that was his girlfriend. Well, technically - ex-girlfriend.
Practically no harm was done - he re-pre-ordered it, but only in digital, since his pre-order was "physical" and someone pre-ordered it after it returned to shop. So no lito-whatever and no patch and other physical goodies.

If someone wonders for reasons why she done that - I don't know. One she voiced was, and I quote: "You spent too much time with that Miranda! And don't care she's unreal - her boobs bigger than mine!"

I haven't yet, since I can banish ME3 and Origin to my old computer because the console hardware limitations are so low (even that old thing should have enough RAM to handle the new combat and weapon holstering simultaneously after all), but they'll not be getting a pre-order from me for either DA3 or the next Mass Effect spin off, if I buy any of those It'll be at bargain bin prices, if at all, unless Bioware and EA seriously clean up their act in the mean time.

Probably quite a few people. The ones that were here months ago, but have vanished.

I'm still here. I enjoy reading and participating in these forums and I like to keep up to date on the development and fan reaction of ME3. The Origin requirement is the only reason I cancelled my preorder and won't be purchasing or playing ME3. I know that I'm not the only one either.

Holy crap, someone that is civil about their opinion?

I disagree with this man, yet I love him.

I cancelled back last year, but that was because of debating whether to get the digital version or the physical CE.

I can't cancel it because someone else is buying me a copy and pre-ordered one for me. But latest news about large scale auto dialogue fear where they impose their canon style Shepard responses/persona as replacement of one I built up over two previous titles plus removal of any actual trial where get to defend my actions from the previous title... If I had a pre-order I might have been inclined to do so (cancel it). Even though would still of bought some point in future retail new, just probably couple months after reviews. But since I'm not the one paying for my copy and my friend is I'm not in position to cancel.
