I actually had to cut this one off as it was getting to be too filthy for the BSN. The screens are all from one video, which never happens for me.

It's that time again, folks. I feel that this episode could use a disclaimer....because I found one.
Jealousy and Groceries: Episode 5
Shepard sits impatiently in the waiting room at Huerta Memorial Hospital, waiting for word on Kaidan and Thane. Her Space Phone begins playing a jaunty little tune.
It's from a name she doesn't recognize, so she assumes it's spam, but she figures she could use a distraction. She scrolls through it, completely stumped as to who it is. The bulk of it consists of sentences like "How r u", but as she nears the end, she gets an unwelcome surprise. After a final, capitalized "THEY CHEATD ON U", she finds two pictures, dated that very morning.
Just as the shock sets in, Dr. Solus approaches her, looking rather grim. She quickly stands up, demanding to know if her friends are okay.
She shakes her head, surprised at herself. She adds nonchalantly,
The news isn't good.
As Shepard struggles with this news, Mordin's face brightens.
She looks at him a moment, not sure if she heard right.
He replies,
As Mordin scampers off, Shepard hears Dr. Chakwas' harried voice coming from the emergency room.
...Shepard then slumps back down in her chair, knowing it's going to be a long night. A moment later, her phone beeps, indicating she has Space Voicemail. She's still glad for the distraction despite what it resulted in last time. She has a listen.
...she briefly wonders if James did all this - the creepy e-mail, the grenade in the grocery store, all of it.
...but he's been her best pal for years, and she's certain he doesn't have it in him to hurt anyone.
Meanwhile, Wrex, Garrus and their team get together the night before the Croatian drug bust to discuss their plan. He tells them he got enough information from Kolyat to pinpoint one of Greg's bases.
Javik confirms this.
But it looks like Greg's got a lot of higher-ups in his pocket.
Wrex, rather uncharacteristically, would prefer it if there was as little bloodshed as possible.
Garrus doesn't see this happening and tries to encourage the team.
Javik shakes his head and sighs.
Back at the hospital, after several hours of waiting, Shepard is finally allowed in to see Kaidan and Thane. It appeared that Chakwas knew what she was doing, as the both of them are awake and alert. Putting them in the same room, however, was not that good of an idea, as they're already back to their childish squabbling.
Thane is not impressed.
Kaidan shrugs dismissively.
Thane counters,
Shepard's had enough.
She holds up her phone.
....what will happen next? If i knew, I'd tell you!

I think I just made a headcanon connection. If you managed to spare Mordin during the mission to cure the genophage, provided that Wreav is the leader of clan Urdnot and Eve didn't survive the medical procedures, Samara encounters Mordin and suddenly decides to abandon her code, embrace eternity w/ Mordin, and move to the Andromeda galaxy. After a few thousand years, Asari are the dominant species in Andromeda.
