Kaidan insists he's innocent, and tries to shift the focus onto Thane.

Shepard takes a closer look at the timestamp on the photo of Thane and the asari, She now
knows it's a fake, surprised at herself for not noticing this little nugget of information before. She chalks it up to the rather intense evening she's had. As she's about to admit to Kaidan that she was with Thane that morning, the drell decides now is the best time to slip into his trippy memory mode.

Shepard bristles, saying pointedly,

Thane doesn't appear to hear her.



Shepard cuts in loudly.

Thane snaps out of it, shaking his head in embarrassment, looking over at Kaidan.

He goes on to say that that particular memory was of him

The room falls silent. Thane shrugs.

More silence.


Kaidan swoops in and changes the subject. He asks how anybody could have gotten a hold of these pictures in the first place.

Thane knows how they can find out.

Since Shepard's Space Phone has a low battery, they head to the hospital lounge, finding the only computer currently in use by a teenage turian and batarian.

As Garrus and his team approach the Suspicious Building that they believe contains Greg's Croatian drug shipment, Wrex suddenly tells the others to stop.

Indeed, something's not right. They feel like they're being watched. Garrus looks to the team for suggestions.

It appears that grunt isn't listening, and he charges the door, shouting a war cry.

Grunt breaks down the door and they have no choice but to follow him. It appears that they're late to the party. Garrus recognizes Victus and his team, who are seemingly conducting their own investigation, poking through desk drawers and cabinets, looking for clues.

Victus looks at him disapprovingly.

He tells Garrus that he and his team are already on the case, Garrus' troop will just get in the way.

When garrus asks how Victus learned of this place, the other turian indicates Mordin...


...who unwittingly led them here while going "shopping." Victus says the room was empty when they got here, assuming someone must have tipped Greg off. Wrex shakes his head, kicking himself for letting Kolyat go.

Harkin, one of Victus' men, agrees with his superior, and makes a surprising discovery in his search.

Specialist Traynor inspects a bottle of pills.

Just then, a hanar emerges from a back room, clearly expecting someone else.

The hanar pauses, taking notice of all the heavily armed officers in front of him.



Before anyone can question him, the window nearest Mordin shatters as something square lands at his feet. he looks down, saying in puzzlement that it's a box of

Garrus knows
this calling card, peering outside. He lets the others know:

...and he's brought an army.
