Jealousy and Groceries: Episode 7Garrus, Wrex, Victus and their teams are still stuck in the warehouse, surrounded by Greg and his thugs, who, for some reason, have not opened fire or advanced. Taking advantage of the odd breather, they try to devise a plan of action. Harkin has an insightful suggestion.

He recalls something he learned from Kal Reegar...

Wrex has a better idea. He turns to Traynor and another female officer, who he has learned is named Sarah.

Yes, his suggestion is to have the two of them go out there and flash the enemy army. While Greg and his men are distracted, they'll escape and call for backup.
Mordin, who is clearly high on something...

(try again, Professor.)

...is quick to put his stamp of approval on Wrex's plan.

(Sarah is less than impressed, judging by her reaction.)
Garrus also thinks it's a good idea...

...but not Javik.

He is shot down, however, due to the fact that his last suggestion was even more ridiculous. Garrus laughs and recalls...

Even Wrex hadn't agreed to that one.

When it becomes clear the two women aren't budging, Garrus decides it's time to turn on the charm, because apparently his voice has a certain effect on a rather large chunk of the human female population. He turns to them and says

Traynor laughs.

Sarah, however, is not one to back down from a challenge. She smirks and calls Garrus' bluff.

As she heads for the front door, she's given several pointers.

She steps outside, shouting,

Javik can only shake his head in disbelief.

After about thirty minutes of waiting, the two aliens leave the hospital computer, and Shepard, Kaidan and Thane quickly move in. Curious, Shepard hits the back button to see what had enraptured the previous users for half an hour.

She quickly navigates away, and after a few Space Googles, she finds where the pictures appeared to originate from. It appears to be a gossip website called

There are over

of her and her friends, and that's just on the main page. There are whole archives of the stuff. Her stomach turns.

Kaidan agrees.

Noticing three of her friends crowded around the hospital computer, Jack figures she should go say hi. When she gets a glimpse of one of the pictures on the screen...

...her face goes pale.

Shepard gets her up to speed on the situation, and Jack is eager to help them track down this scumbag voyeur. Although...

Scrolling down to the bottom of the page, Shepard is beyond surprised to find contact information for the website creator. She gasps as she recognizes the number. She grabs Jack's phone and begins dialing furiously.
When she hears the familiar voice on the other end say hello, she lets him have it.

The geth sounds genuinely puzzled.

Legion goes on to explain that he didn't
take the photos, he
collected them, in order to study human relationships, because that's what all robots everywhere ever do.

Shepard doesn't have the patience, cutting in,

Because if Legion didn't take the pictures, who did?
The geth obligingly replies,

Shepard is utterly flummoxed.
Liara took these pictures?

She hangs up and hands Jack back her phone, stunned into silence. She'd be even more stunned if Liara hadn't named her
freaking grocery store "Painful Secrets."

But it still doesn't add up - Liara wouldn't have risked blowing up a big chunk of her store with a grenade, nor did she ever show any intentions toward Shepard. While the asari was still going to get a bit more than a stern talking to, Shepard still had to find out who was sending her these -
Her phone then notified her of another text. She dug it out of her pocket, looking down to read it.
...back at the warehouse, Javik sat sheltered by the far wall, plunking out a message on his space phone. Why he chose to do this and not actually call the cops or someone is something only he knows.

Tune in next time! Among other things, you'll find out

...seriously, she has that name for a reason. I was resistant to make a "new character", but the amount of shots I have that mention the name Sarah has become too hard to ignore.
