 Sorry if the name was misleading in anyway, but can anyone shed some light on what classes are available to each race?

I know humans can be any class.

And Asari are limited to the biotic classes. (Adept, Vanguard)

But what about the rest? I've never seen a Turian or Salarian biotic user.

on the Wiki it says quarians can only be engies or infiltrators, Turians can be sentinels, and soldiers... I think

krogan and turian for soldier and sentinel
salarian and quarian for engineers and infiltrators
