DLC "not authorized" after a re-install

So my hard-drive died a month ago, and I'm getting ME2 re-installed to for some last-minute play before ME3, I had saved all of the install files for all of my DLC, and all of the Cerberus network stuff installed just fine, but when I start up the game, it says that I'm not using the same account for Shadow Broker and Kasumi.  When I log into this site, it doesn't show them as purchased here, either.  Only Arrival, which I had just purchased today.

EA's customer support email link seems to be broken or something, how do I find someone to actually contact?  I definitely have a characterI want to play through Shadow Broker again.

The only ones to help is EA.com support, best bet is to try the live chat option that gets you to someone semi-fast depending on their load.
