I purchased Shadow Broker and Kasumi around a year ago for ME2, and I recently had to re-install everything after I had a hard drive die.  Now, my game tells me that it's not authorized for either of these two DLCs, though all of the Cerberus network stuff and Zaeed and the Hammerhead install just fine.  Neither of these DLSs are listed on this site as purchased, either.  I installed using the original download files that I had a backup of.

How do I get my DLC back?
