Are all of the race unlocks random?

because they have the bonus' he mentioned, you can't get everything.


This, pretty much. Some of the races bonuses are pretty gross... like the Krogan rage ability, once you get that going you can basically one-shot any humanoid (bronze/silver, almost one-shot on gold) with a heavy melee (krogan charge)...

To offset that, the Krogan moves a bit more slowly and can't evade.

If you're curious about more of the specifics you should poke Eric and Corey - they did a lot of the setup and balancing for the various MP kits. :happy:

Is every weapon from single player in MP? Obviously the heavy weapons aren't but I WANT MY N7 EAGLE on my Krogan.:devil:

yes! and with the Krogan's Rage ability, you can one shot like every humanoid!

I was asking more specifically once you unlock the other races - that first Human you started out with, can you delete/customize them later, doesn't make a difference? What gives? O.o

About classes/points, yes, got it! And thanks much for the clarification, I appreciate it. =)

Not sure if this was answered, but for example even in just my starter pack today I got the Salarian Infiltrator, level 3. Some are more rare than others I think.

The randomness is disappointing, I was hoping it would be more of a "purchase this class" sort of thing. Here's hoping I unlock the quarian Engineer quickly, she has my favorite power loadout. Anyone know what a quarian's passive abilities are?

When you get them multiple times it opens more options to customize their look.

Last I knew the Phalanx was 6-shot and fired at the speed of a cryoblasted turtle on Chohe. Not doubting you, but it really sounds like they buffed it.

It is! Too bad it doesn't have that targeting laser anymore though.

Eh, I may kinda miss it too, but I understand why they took it out. I'd imagine that a pinpoint, difficult-to-aim-but-rewarding-in-accuracy laser sight doesn't make much sense with a rapid-fire weapon.

The standard crosshairs are faster to ADS anyway.

agreed.
I wouldnt mind having to level up a class or even to buy the class but to have it random?? honestly the only stupid thing i've heard bout the Multiplayer Image IPB

not that i've read. that would be a even easier way to unlock them. wouldnt mind it at all Image IPB
