Yeah its range increases with every point spent in the tree, plus to evolution I think you can increase its radius by something like 35%-50%. Don't quote me on this however.

I merely meant it should have priority for cooldown, since it enhances the damage and area of the secondary powers. Even lifting one enemy would provided a greater advantage on the field than Warp's pure damage.
