Well as of 02:24 MST, I can find the demo on the Xbox 360 marketplace, problem is for whatever reason right now I'm getting an error message that I don't have enough microsoft points. According to the message I need 4294967295 microsoft points to download this free demo.

Early Access to the demo thanks to BF3 on 14th... Yeah right, me and many other Europeans have wait until 1am gmt+1 to download the demo, that's 15th... epic fail (and no, i didnt buy bf3 for early access)

It will be available to download for you soon enough. The only reason I'm up this late is because I work night shift tomorrow night. This release of the demo coincided with my switch to night shift quite nicely.

@sirdario1986: Yeah, the release of this demo worked out for me. Eight hours is a long time to wait for the PC version, but at least it's not as bad as the PS3 release.
I remember back on April 6, 2010 when Kasumi's Memory was released, I had just gotten off night shift and planned to start downloading it when I got home. If memory serves, I think it was well past noon before that DLC was released.

I'm at 3% and I downloaded the Demo from the Marketplace. I do have Battlefield 3 though, will this effect my early access to the co-op since I chose to DL from the Marketplace?

Try going to the home menu/dashboard and then going back into the marketplace. I had the same problem, and that's what I did to be able to download the demo.
EDIT: Nevermind, I read later that you were able to get the download started.

I didn't see the Mass Effect 3 demo listed as a new release when first looking but then I did a search for "Mass Effect" and it popped right up. Downloading right now 1.76GB.
