Question: I'm not seeing an option, in the ME3 demo, to log in with my Origin account I use for BF3 on the PC (downloaded from Origin). Given that I've never played an EA game online on the xbox, how would I go about enabling multiplayer? Thanks.

I can confirm that the Australia bit is false. Because I just finished playing it. 

I came here to find out what the deal with the muliplayer was. Google pointed me to here which although old, did mention that "Long time Mass Effect fans" would also get access to the MP...

I guess purchasing every piece of DLC isn't fan-worthy enough? 

BUT, I don't care too much. I enjoyed the single player demo. It has some old faces and it's mainly action orientated. The bit I did enjoy trying out though, was the kinect functionality.

It has some slight lag. But I actually thought it was pretty cool. Conversation stuff I might not be for. But being able to say, "Liara, Warp." and "Liara Singularity." was cool. It did allow me to stay in combat and I didn't have to pause the game with my power wheel as much. 

Setting my power shorcuts to other things and then just being able to say, "Cryo Ammo" and "Incendiary Ammo." I liked that a lot. It made me feel like Judge Dread.

Also, in the options it totally has a "Voice Dialect." option, mine was default to Australia. Which is great to know we Aussies aren't being left behind on the voice stuff. It worked really well, considering I was shooting dude loudly most of the time. 

ANYway though. I would really like ot see some MP now! That's kind of the big unknown about ME3. 

I'm talking about the ps3.
I assumed he was too because i thought the 360 was already available

It's been a long while since I've done this, but you should be able to go to your EA/Origin account and link it to your Xbox Live profile.  Once you do this, you should be able to access the multiplayer.

Edit: If you can't do it through your EA profile, there should be an option in menu in the demo to establish a connection with EA, where you have to log in to your EA account.  That should link your profiles successfully.

Whelp, just finished the single player demo.

...now to wait three days because I didn't get BF3.

And a couple of weeks for the actual game. Well, at least I'll have other games to keep me busy.

Hello, I live in Kazakhstan. Tell me please, I acquired two weeks ago BF3 for the PC as a disk with a key, can I get early access to demo Mass effect. Origin do not have any mention of this. I tried to act on the instructions given here, but could not find the described items

How - the demo is being released at the "exact" same time in most places for each platform (I believe that the PS EU store updates later than the US one, so they would be the exception).   The differences in local times is down to timezones.

As for the differences in the times for each platform - it's simple:

The demo release is being handled by 3 seperate companies (note I said released not published) - none of them being Bioware.

BW shipped the xbox demo to MS, the PS demo to Sony and the PC version to EA it is then up to those companies to add the demo to thier various marketplaces according to their *own* schedules.   As it happens, MS updates earlier in the day than Origin which updates earlier than Sony.....hence the difference.

Before anyone comments - yes I know that BW is part of EA but they are run somewhat independantly and the people at BW don't control Origin.
