No. There are a few humorous lines from Kasumi in late missions and that's it.xnoxiousx wrote...

I'd say that these characters have about as much dialogue as any other member of your team - after all, most of what your characters say seems to most often be determined by the mission you are on, not who you have with you - for example, in Jack's personal mission, the other team mate you take with you says the same lines, regardless of who it is.
As for unique dialogue, I'd say that at least Kasumi has as much as any other character on your team - don't know about Zaeed, as I haven't used him that much.
Of course, you can't engage either Zaeed or Kasumi in a conversation in the ship, so both have less dialogue than anybody else if you count the in-ship discussions.

However, you really do need to go and talk to them on the Normandy, or at least Zaeed. Kasumi has some very funny remarks on everybody else, and Zaeed is a never-ending font of insane stories in which everyone died except for him.

Zaeed is awesome, if only for his stories. I find Kasumi rather empty, tbh.

I should add, Kasumi is fairly useful in combat. Her shadow strike in particular is gold, it's incredibly useful and a great distraction. Zaeed, I use less, so I can't comment on his effectiveness.

Zaeed and Garrus are solid gold on any Geth mission. Zaeed spec'd to Squad Disruptor and Garrus has overload means synthetics die at an incredible rate, especially the Geth who don't have armor.
So on any mission that has Geth, Zaeed is a permanent squaddie.
Kasumi is great against Harbinger with her Flashbang. It neuters Harbinger for almost 30 seconds, so almost cheating, but very handy if he normally gives you problems.

I my opinion i love kasumi! wish she was a romance option or at least original part of the game. I use her in most of my playthroughs. Though you may not get super great cutscense with her, but i think her abilities r really great! Shadow Strike for win! Zaeed on the other hand, I kill him on SM or his loyalty mission, enough said.

They have "Talk to" options on major planets just like all other characters and they comment on current missions like all other characters. The only difference is the on-ship dialogue, but it didn't bother me that much (examining the items in their quarters gives a reasonable amount of monologue from them, personally I loved it). They are also useful combatants as stated above.
