Hello folks, first post here. It seems that even though i purcahsed the Katsumi DLC and have the files in my bioware dir I get no info about her in-game, also it seems on my account info EA forgot that I purchased her so i can't redownload it... also while Zaeed, Firewalker, Arc gun, The Crash Site and Blood Dragon Armor seem to work fine all the other DLC's I bought won't run(I got The Arrival, Overlord and ShadowBroker) all ask what program to open the installer in when I try to run it. I am redownloading now but I figured I mgiht as well make use of the hour or so I got to wait to figure it out beforehand, I could probably figure it out myself but I'd rather not waste a few hours working thorugh every possibility if I don't have to lol. Any help would be appreciated.
Katsumi seems to have stolen herself

1) Kasumi--if your account doesn't have it, then the game will not have it Authorized thus it will not be used and act as if it isn't even installed.
2) Missing DLC from your account, will have to be taken up with EA.com help and support. Most common reason is multiple accounts and you having purchased it on another account. If you have done this it will create havoc trying to get it all to work, and again only EA can sort it out.
3) Installer issues, they should be self extracting, so it sounds like you didn't get all the data on download. Most common issues are with WiFi, poor internet quality/speed, Browsers with addons, anti-virus software, download accelerators, and sometime just bad luck. Best bet is to redownload, on a computer that is connected by a cable to the router/modem, using Plain Google Chrome with AV disabled.
