Afaik I know they're cloning this army from Grayson's corpse, which they aquired post ME2. At least that's what Deception's TvTropes article said.

It doesn't make much sense that the content of a book you are supposed to read before a game will actually spoil the game's plot. Never mind that Deception's current state isn't exactly canon.Warden130 wrote...
