I think some player (and me) think about let Character we love died in ME1 or ME2 and want to see impact or conclusion in ME3 if shepard stay loyal to him/her. I think may be Bioware have something about this like Dialogue , Flashback or Dream for Shepard.

So what do you think ?

Going by the leaked script, if your ME2 LI died during the suicide mission, in ME3 your Shepard does mourn them, and (some) characters will acknowledge it.

Yep. ME2!romances get carried over even if the romanced character died. However that's not the case for Ashley or Kaidan: if you romanced Ashley and leave her on Virmire, that romance doesn't "kick in". It simply doesn't get carried over since only the night before Ilos triggers the "fully fledged romance flag". So to speak.
