Drell Vanguard in my starter pack. Wanted Turian Soldier.

So far, I've gotten a Turian Sentinel, a Phalanx II (which I love on my Asari Adept), a pistol scope mod (which turns my Phalanx into a mini-sniper rifle), a Mattock, an AR ammo capacity mod, and a Tempest.

Still no Quarian, though...

Mantis IV does 1 hit kills on most enemies which imeans I don't have to use that 2 ton widow anymore.

Am I the only one who got a Salarian? Infiltrator. (I find the the Tactical Cloak useless, much prefer the Engineer.)

Wanted a Quarian Engineer.

I got Quarian engineer. Would have preferred Salarian, but I'm cool with my quarian lady yelling about her suit being punctured every five seconds. Wish I had another skill that wasn't the turret, but it's fine.

My first package had a heap of useful stuff along with a Drell Vanguard. Was hoping for a Salarian myself, after i found out there were no Salarian Sentinel's, an infiltrator would have done good.

In the end i just went with the human soldier, and will keep adding up the credits until i get something cool. Playing as a Krogan would also be badass, haven't seen anyone do it yet... So far seen only Drell's and Human's.

Got a Quarian Engineer in my starter pack, then a Mantis SMG in my first Veteran pack. Nothing else worthwhile tho.

I have enough guns to take on the Reapers on my own lol. Haven't been successful the past 4 days unlocking any other races and it's killing me man! I figured they would be rare but not extremely rare where I have a better chance at finding Bigfoot than unlocking a Krogan or Turian.

I think we can all agree this system needs some adjustment. For example, divide the packs into Weapons, Items, and Characters, but keep the recruit and veteran prices.

Recruit Weapons: mods and okay weapons.
Veteran: the big toys.

Recruit Items: everything, as is.
Veteran: double or triple helpings of everything.

Recruit Characters: Customization options and Human classes.
Veteran: Alien races and classes.

There, Bioware, problem solved!

I have to disagree friend, I've found the cloak very useful for quick escapes, flanking, and the damage boost for melee/snipers.

in my starter pack i got a turian sentinel and a phalanx (its now a phalanx X).ive been getting nothing but veteran packs for a while now and unlocked Quarian engineer, Salarian infiltrator, Drell vanguard. i have the viper X, mantis X, shurikan X, tempest VIII, locust I, carnifex I, Avenger VIII, Mattock VIII, revenant I, and too many mods to count. but for the last few days ive gotten nothing but crap from the veteran packs. (and i really want a krogan soldier)

All I get in the packages are the already unlocked characters, the basic ones to be precise. I dont think this is normal.... and some equipement which I rarely use. Ok, I did get 3 assault rifles but I dont use 'em.

Does anyone else keep unlocking the same characters over and over? XD I've unlocked the Drell Vanguard 3 times now, the female sentinel twice... xD

Is it possible to unlock these weapons and characters without the packs? Or have we been Facebook-Screwed?

18 levels worth of purchased packs, five of which were veteran. The rest were recruit packs. Not a single alien in any of them.

How disheartening.
