Like if I Cloak and shoot a sniper rifle, does the power damage bonus go to the rifle?
Does a Power Damage bonus include Cloak?

No, there is a separate weapon damage stat that affects the guns.

Right, but in Mass Effect 2, abilities that increased power damage would increase the added damage from ammo powers, so there's a precedent for stuff like this. I don't know if they increased Tactical Cloak's damage boost, and I certainly don't know how things work in Mass Effect 3. You need a developer to answer the question, I'd think.

the ammo powers are only perks, and only last one game, you have to buy more kits to get new ammo powers. And any class can get any ammo power. So im not sure if the powers affect the ammo powers or not, but im still going to guess no.
