spec said with this specialisation, mage uses magic attribute rather than strength to determine wether they can wear heavey armour

well i got a a magic of 41(with bonuses tho), but i can't wear armour that requires 38 strength???

can someone please explain the requirements concerning arcane warriors and heavey armour

You need the first talent in the arcane warrior line as well. You only need to put a point into it to wear armour, but you need to keep it active (it's a sustained ability) if you want to hit things with a sword.
