Concerns:
There needs to be more customization than just the color pallet of the characters. They need to be able to have different sets of armor. The ability to change the color of the gun (not have it just effected by the mods) would be an improvement as well.
Character unlocks should also be able to occur through some set path as well as be able to occur with random pack picks. A player could conceivably never play his or her favorite race/class if they are not lucky.
I agree with this. Each character should be as unique as possible. It adds an element of originality. Think Brink in terms of customization.

Also anyone who hasn't downloaded that ME3 app can you add me on Facebook so I can recruit you and get early MP access?

8.5/10 for the Demo. Very promising so far. I already enjoy it more than MW3, and it definitely "feels" like what a Mass Effect multi-player experience should feel like to me. I was on the fence about MP in Mass Effect, but based on the demo so far, I think it could turn out to be VERY good. I have never really seen something in any COD game that made me just sit back and go "that was awesome" but I had at least 3 moments like that tonight playing the ME3 MP demo. And I think once more areas/enemies are available with the full game it will be a ton of fun. The potential is definitely there to be a 9-or-better out of 10.
I don't personally mind the random unlocks, although I could see how that could bother some people, and I wouldn't mind a system where you could by random packages AND particular items. Perhaps put a premium on the more important individual items (characters, weapons for example) but still have the random packs to get some of the boosters and weapon mods etc, with the chance to get the more important items in the pack. But even if it stays as it is, I will be fine with it.
I will close by saying that I was buying Mass Effect 3 with or without Multiplayer. Now that I have played the demo, I can say with a lot of confidence that I will be playing a LOT of ME3 MP. If the single player game lives up to the previous 2 titles, and I expect that it will, then the Multiplayer will add a LOT of value to what already looks to be a really good game.

The main problem for me is the way that PC controls are configured.
For example the overload of comands on Space.
Run should be on Shift.

A lot more fun than expected... and I can only imagine when we get access to all the maps and customization. If each sector has at least 3 maps in them, then we'll have plenty of variety to keep things interesting for a while (and for some reason, I'm expecting much more). A good mix of fun and tactical gameplay, which is a lot more than I can say for a lot of current TPSs out there. Props to Bioware for actually putting together a very solid multiplayer experience.

Pros:
-Challenging
-Teamwork is vital
-Awesome customization
-FUN
Cons
-Random unlocks (wtf?)
-Cover sticking could be fixed a bit better
-REALLY challenging when not in a party or with randoms

Good:
Fits story
Gameplay is wonderful
Customizable characters
Good roster
Tons of upgradable, moddable guns
Actually makes you work as a team
RPG that actually makes multiplayer work ^^
Bad:
Only way to earn new stuff is through random packs
Races are a **** to unlock through randoms
So are specific guns
Refine the cover/roll/sprint feature. Needs to be more distinguishable from eachother
Overall, in a game thats primarily a single player RPG, they deliver a multiplayer that is not only good, but fits the game's style. If the Single Player is good, I will be easily playing this for awhile

If you really though it was 10/10 then there would be no need for them to add the Chakram Launcher... you need to be careful there =PRedJohn wrote...

For the support Bioware are giving it: 10/10. How much DLC have we been given? Maps? Characters? Weapons? A new enemy faction to fight? Stats? Challenges? Some companies would be charging through the teeth for this - I'm so pleased that Bioware are keeping their fan base united by making all this content available for free.
For future potential? 10/10. There's a lot of potential here for future games. A LOT of potential. Player vs player, new game modes, complex objectives.. I can't wait to see where Bioware goes with franchise next!

Because I do not like the store.
The system of buying random packs is ridiculous.
It would be more consistent a store where we could choose which items to buy.
