Sorry to hear the US still hasnt been able to download the demo.  Maybe they are releasing it region by region so that the download servers dont overload. Would make sense, cause I just had speeds well over 5 mb / second.

Edit: Ah nevermind. I see some on the other side of the Atlantic are now able to grab it. Good.

If you ask EA, it's the "restrictive" way DLC is handled. IOW, they don't like that all DLC has to be made available on Steam and don't want to give Valve a cut, so they're just pulling some of their games now.

Anyway, on the subject, it just must plain not be available now, despite this being the original time given that ir would be available and Chris Priestly reinforcing that about two hours ago, because even if I click on the link to teh demo in friend's profiles, nothing happens.

Apparently EA wants DLC to be specific to Origin, 'cause Steam would apply a surcharge or something on it.  So, EA made it Origin specific to keep the DLC origin specific.

Apparently they want to ruin their sales to the ground.

We're supposed to have early MP access yes, if you have Battlefield 3. Once you have your copy of BF3 activated and logged on your Origin account, all you need to do is go to ME3 multiplayer. I need to test it out myself once my DL finishes.
