We're supposed to have early MP access yes, if you have Battlefield 3. Once you have your copy of BF3 activated and logged on your Origin account, all you need to do is go to ME3 multiplayer. I need to test it out myself once my DL finishes.

I can confirm as of about 5min ago that ME3 demo is again an option in free games part of Origin client and site. It isn't available as a link from ME3 Official site yet.

But in all seriousness I wish it didn't require Origin. Not because the privacy stuff, that's an argument for another thread (and a different forum if the closed threads are any indication). It's just so inconvenient to have the Origin client as a requirement for a demo.

Origin is just bad from end to end. Seriously. All this bugginess and crashing no es bueno.

...To say nothing of that annoying privacy issue.

Same here! Tried twice to download it, and I've just gave up, eh ... Bioware, any thoughts on this?!
