Somebody has probably already stated this, but...
Asari are typically the only dancers around because its a safe bet to hire asari dancers. Mating with other species is typical of an asari, and typically an asari is attractive to any species. it isnt being shoved down out throats, its just the sci-fi science of the universe. The Asari are universally accepted as being a race that A: Anybody can sleep with B: everybody generally finds attractive.
You wouldnt be a very smart club owner if you started hiring human, Turian, and Salarian strippers >_>
Typically, interspecies alien relationships are taboo in the ME universe. Its like gay marriage lol though I think both are becoming much more widely accepted.
