I don't want anything too human...... Anyway it seems to be a strong fanbase that wants an idealized version of her and the might have pushed designers in a "cute alien direction"

But..... did you take a look at her hands and feet? I can't imagine anything "humanesque face" with them...... in fact, I always imagined quarians as a kind of pseudo protoss.

And also.... living their entire life confined in those suits...... they should have a non healthy appearance.
