I honestly don't care either way. And yes, I do like her as a character and she's my Shep's LI. I've always been curious, sure, but not seeing it won't disappoint me.

No we won't. If BW really were to unmask Tali in ME3 marketing would have already done something with that. They didn't so we won't.

That would such a major spoiler. The marketing is honestly not trying to confrim anything but anything is possible.

Spoiler ? How ? It's perfectly doable to tease Tali's unmasking without actually showing her face. For marketing, this would simply be too much money in the hype-bank to not cash in on -if BW actually were to *really* reveal Tali's face in ME3.

They won't.

You know doing that would only appeal to Tailmancers? Before long fans of other characters would be demanding Bioware's marketing team for more screen time for their favorite characters because Tali had one.

That's exactly what it would do. The rest would not care (or not care much). Fans always demand more screen time for their facorite characters -and have been for the last game as well...it's just that the Talimancers got the most pull...heck they are basically the reason why Tali got upgraded from cameo to full on squadmate in ME3.

NO! It's absolutely terrible. I hate it. The fact that all the Talimancers seem to like it makes me even more hate it. God it's such a damn cliché. If she's going to look cliché like that I'm going to be absolutely dissapointed in BioWare.

I guess this proves my point that some people will be utterly disappointed.

Its just the concept is awful because she looks very human when in fact they have hard/rough skin.

I get why some would want to see her face, curiosity; not so much why people wouldn't. It seems like people would rather not see the new face than take a chance at seeing something disappointing, but that's like loving ME 1 and refusing to try ME2 because they might've drasticly shifted the aim of the plot to a seemingly unrelated enemy.
Anyone taking that position would have been right, but fools and I can't help seeing the same foolishness in dreading some artists ideal. Besides, no need to get too depressed if she turns out different than expected, it's not like you really romanced a alien woman you've never seen before.

Ok lets just give the players a quick peak like we catch her putting her helmet on when she thinks no one is looking. Once again I give it 50/50. As much as I would've like to see here face in the past it really doesn't mean to me any more. Speculation is sometimes better than the answer.

Facebook poll by BioWare back then said more than 90% wanted to see her face. People who don't are therefore in the absolute minority.

Quarians are not SOFT they are SCALY or have some type of plate. Hard skin.

You were paying attention to Wrex too, eh?

Personally, I imagine them as being armadillo-like humanoids.

Twitter also asks questions like that all the time that doesn't mean they'll do it.  I do support it either way the internet might explode after a couple of days of release. So I'll be in my bunker watching all the fighting

90+% is a good incentive, I find. Shows that the vocal minority still is really just a very vocal minority.

And, honestly, I'd rather see her face and be a bit disappointed than never see it. Not showing her face would demonstrate just an affinity for risk-aversion on the part of BioWare. As there will be crying on the forums either way, I'd rather see them take the risk of people being disappointed than cater to the chronically risk-averse.

Agreed.  And really, I can't imagine myself being disappointed; I already know what to expect.  She'll be a conventionally pretty looking woman with enough alien features for people to say "yep, it's an alien, alright".

No! God dammit, no! Do NOT, NOT show her face!

I have fragile sensibilities to cater to! Tali has to look the way I want, PERIOD. PRETTY AND HUMAN LIKE A SPACE ELF.

//end.snark//

There should be no enigma about the Quarian's physical appearance at the end of this trilogy. Not when Bioware is priding themselves on Mass Effect 3 providing answers to the questions posed in previous games as opposed to leaving mysteries open-ended.

The only rage I will be expressing come March about Tali's face is if there is none at all.

Casey Hudson said at E3 that if you work for it with a Tali romance you can see her face, go watch all the bioware TV episodes from E3 it was a fan question he answered.

This is horrible. There's nothing remotely alien about it.

I like that human face. But if they replace the hair with something else more alien-like then it would be perfect. I don't really care if I see her face or not. I never did like her much and it really bugged me with the way she acted is Mass Effect 2.

That's a bit mean, it's not a horrible picture, just lots of people are rightly pointing out it's not likely to match her real look.

Personally I already peeked after she was killed by the Collectors, along with everyone else except for Morinth and me. :pinched:

Why can't quarians have hair, so far humans are the only species with hair, minus the yaug I think.  I say, let them have hair.

Not everyone is financially secure enough to go spending willy nilly.  Some of us have to or decide to save our many, buy the game because we like to play it and otherwise stay financially stable.  (Speaking for every person who doesn't live with their parents, and makes barley above minimum wage or minimum wage)

Example, I have a good job and money, but rather than spending that money on the book, I'll just save it for when I could possibly lose my job in this economy and I need a blanket for when I'm job hunting, and I'm sure a lot of others are the same.
