I played Infiltrator and love using the sniper rifles though on the 2cd part guarding the Krogan female my weapon loadout was a auto rifle, shotgun, submachine gun and pistol, where's the sniper rifle?
Also I miss the door unlock puzzles, though it would have been cool to order one of my techs in squad loadout to unlock the doors.
I play on PC so I don't have kinect though as advanced as PC's are you'd think we would have some kind of in game voice commands we could use with our gaming headsets. <unless i missed something>
Thats all for now other than weapon loadouts and a feeling of lack of RPG in RPG.
Oh an I'm not sure if this is a bug but the enemy AI seems to have ammo that can shoot through cover, straight through walls and baricades.

+ The soundtrack
+ Combat was an improvement on ME2, had to move a lot and use all my squad's powers a lot, which I never had to do in ME2 or ME1 (even on Insanity)
+ Loving the cinematics
+ Wrex/Garrus/Liara back together!! The nostalgia
+ KIRRAHE
- Pacing could have used improvement in the first half
- Why was Vega even there?!

Doesn´t it work if you press "spacebar" 2x while holding W pressed? Think it worked for me...
I´m more annoyed by the damn roll when I wanna go into cover :/

Pros:
AI: both Companions and enemy seems awesome.
Face textures: They look awesome to not epic but awesome enough to give the game an extra point
Convasations and Animations: Many scenes felt like a movie to me it was not to clunky like in past games, so 10+ plus to that, allthough the lip syncing was of at times (Hope it's just the fact it's a demo, but after trying DA2 demo I doubt it)
Cover system: Even if you have to spam Spacebar it seems so awesome I can get alot of fun out of this.
Skills animations and melee combat:
Combat: New combat skills and skill upgrades put a smile on my face.
Music: Not to bad allthough it's odd all the new music is so low then all of a sudden Jack Wall's ST comes out and my ear gets own'ed, still the new music seems sweet .
Sound: Not all bad, the sound of a walking reaper chould keep me looking at it 2-3 mins, and the sounds from most weapons and the enemys getting hit was like soft butter to my ears
Cons:
Intro: I just hope it's cause it's not an Importet Shep that it starts out that way, it did seem alittle rushed whit no Trial and all, still the thing whit the Reapers just came jumping in from nowere and left the Humans whit no clue what was going was an ok touch ,still it all seems rushed:blush:
Combat: Why no Holster option? For Companions to? Why take that out? I loved it in ME1 but it made me sad in ME2 when companions didn't holster
Skill cooldowns: I need someone to poke me when it's ready for anohter go, still not all has a 6-8 secs cooldown timer so I belive it can work out in the game.
Story: Well it's a Demo so it's a N/A.
Sounds The sounds were awesome enough but I remember that the Tempest sounded alot better in ME2, think I can get used to that though.
Textures:
Baggrund Textures: The city made me lol, but the rest was nice enough to look at.
Overall I keep my CE I still have high hopes for this game since ME2 is the greatest game of all time for me, even whit some of it's flaws, but if ME3 wil turn out to be a DA2 shooter in space, I will be one of those that nerd rage on the forums, since SWTOR seems rushed to, it was not even worth to get the CE for that game nor for DA2.

Overall I'm very positive about this demo and I'm definetly look forward to the full game.
Pros:
-Enemy AI is great. They advance on you and flank you.
-Powers are generally well balanced and really fun to use.
-Projectile powers are now faster and curve around corners better.
-Greater variety in combat. (enemy types, tactics, etc.)
-Great mapdesign from gameplay standpoint. (Design of the map actually influence difficulty and progression of a fight.)
-Weapons have a nice feel to them.
-The game eaesthetically looks very good. (well designed enviroments and charracters)
-From a technical standpoint the game looks decent, with exception for textures.
-The game runs very smooth on my PC.
Cons (errors, bugs and mistakes that need fixing):
-Assigning powers to hotkeys doesn't work properly 50% of the time and even caused a crash once.(Unfortunate, since ME2 had the exact same problem, still not fixed!)
-The controls for rolling to the side are really annoying. Everytime I
want to sprin to the side I end up rolling. It should be so you have to doubletap
the sprintbutton for a sideroll, just like front and backroll.
-Cover doesn't always block enemy fire. (This mostly seemed to happen with waist high cover.)
-When upgrading Assault Mastery (which increases weight capacity) cooldown times got longer instead of shorter.
-Kirrahe is a different color than in ME1. (It isn't because of lighting. There might be a story explanation though.)
-Using ammopowers seems to be missing an animation.
-At one point I died even though I had full health. (Seemed to be because I was in the spawnspot of an enemy.)
-On one occasion pull didn't have any effect on an enemy even though he was stripped of all protection.
-Texture quality isn't very high.
Cons (personal dislikes):
-The 2 levels featured in the demo were too grey, especially the Earth level. I miss the vibrant colors ME2 had.
-Running animations look a little stiff.
-The gap between normal difficulty and hardcore is to high and the gap between hardcore and insanity to small. Hardcore should be a little easier so that is the middleground between normal and insanity.
-Insanity difficulty (more or less like ME2) isn't much fun. You lose shields/health way too quickly resulting in long dragged out fights where you hide behind cover 80% of the time regenerating your shields. I liked that the increased aggresiveness of the AI, but insanity feels unbalanced because of how fast you lose shields and health.
Though my list of cons is longer than my list of pros I still very much liked the demo. It was very good and it would be nearly perfect if they fixed the things I mention in the first con list.

Oh, one thing I forgot: improved textures on custom Shepards. THIS Bioware, THIS. I thank you for that.
Indeed, this brought happy hour to my pants.
And I read we can recostumize our custom shepards in the beggings of the release game as well. Oh yeah!

I had no problems with the Atlus, but those turrets the engineers set up gave me a hard time.

Generally though, I enjoyed the demo. The controls took a little while to get used to (I'm still getting used to it on my third play-through. The newer, more agile Shepards plays far differently from ME1 and 2's Shep) and the storm animation looks a bit bizarre, but I thought it was quite enjoyable. It's made me more excited for the full game.
Bring it on, Reapers!

If someone is already standing in said cover, for example a teammember, your shepard rolls around on the same spot in the open field. On insanity thats an instant game over.
Also: I am behind cover and able to roll into some other cover... but now I just want to get up and sprint forward -> So I press my actionbutton (for pc user its the spacebar) and what happens? Right! I roll over into cover. -.-
It annoyes me after 20 minutes of gameplay like crazy. I cant believe the qa tester didnt mention that. Hopefully it will get fixed with a releaseday patch or something like that.

The engine showed its ages with ME2, now its looking rediculously out of date
The animations were clunky too, even seeing the same small facial animation overlap bugs which were present in the first ME, and the whole 1 button does all is bloody annoying. Attempting to sprint at an enemy to perform a melee attack, OH NOES SEEK COVER. dives into wall and gets shot in the side of the head repeatedly. Then tries to seek cover only to get stuck on a friendly and unable to move.
Interactions between characters seemed a little "uncharacterlike" or even forced at times, but it is a demo, we only see bits.
The gameplay itself is good though, with afew tweaks to the 1 button does everything system, it'll be great. Liking the new potential weapon modifications.

who knew Wrex and Liara were such good friends....?
It's good, development is always good.
My only real concern is the beginning, is that the real beginning?
Not because there wasn't a trial per se.
But I'm just on Earth with no explanation whatsoever... what happened? who took my ship? how? what happened with my crew? what about my LI? how did I felt? Why am I so freaking relaxed about it now?
I know there's probably an introduction in the comics, and I'm not asking everything to be re animated, but a little summary would be nice.
If only for the sake of having everything connected thru games.
But maybe in out character creation we will be able to see something a little more introductory, so, who knows....

All you can hear is reaper sounds and Anderson talking, and it makes the section alot less lively and less urgent. Was there music when the Normandy was blowing up around you? Yes. When the Lazarus station was under attack? Yes, etc.
Hopefully it's just a demo thing..

This pissed me off:
ME1 and 2 has fluid animations, yet ME3 goes 10 steps back on this regard.
Does Anderson have a broken ankle? His lefty is... weird.. And Shepard has the very same speed as in ME2, when your pressing the AIM button at the same time as walking. Guess they wanted to save the time it would required to make it like ME2 with two different speeds.

Also this. But it annoyed me already in ME2. I like higher difficulties to be more punishing, not boring. It should be possible to avoid most damage/cc through skillful play. The way it is right now you cant avoid dmg at all, you just need to take cover more often in higher difficulties. And thats not harder at all, or more challanging. Just more tedious to work through and thus boring.
@ai to accomplish that: On easy difficulty 1 out of 5 enemies should use abilities against Shephard at the same time. On highest difficutly all 5 should use abilities against shepard at the same time. That would make it an accomplishment to dodge/counter multiple abilities at one time and thus the gameplay more challenging for good players.
Just increasing the dmg/shield numbers isnt a good way to increase difficulty imo since you cant avoid getting hit completley/ its not really fun to shoot one enemy for have an hour in the head.
