So I purchased ME3 a while back on origin and literally just realised that it isn't showing up on my game list even as a pre-order, is this the case for everyone?

Best bet is to Contact Origin customer support.   I have heard they have fixed things like this quickly.

If you look at your confirmation email (if you still have it) near the bottom it says

EA wrote...

PREORDER PRODUCTS

Orders placed for items not yet available will be fulfilled, and the product will appear in the "My Games" listing of the Origin on the product launch date.

How come Syndicate and KoA before they were released were on my game list just marked as "Unrreleased"? Has anyone else who pre-ordered through Origin experienced this for ME3 as well?

Yes me, I pre-ordered last week and it doesn't show in my games list either. Looking at my order history it still says "Order submitted" instead of "Order complete"

No. My pre-order is showing.

Possible reasons?

1) Still have the electronic receipt of your purchase? Email EA support. Everyone replying to your post is just second-guessing anyway... including me.

2) Didn't get a receipt? Possible that you didn't purchase anything. Can happen.... believe me.

3) European purchase? "Waived" the 2 week "cooling off" period? If not, you haven't bought anything until this time is up. (I waived mine during my order, but how it's done "after the fact"; no idea.)

Just thinking aloud... Might give you ideas/solutions.

Yeah still got the receipt. Sent a message to EA support and the reply was pretty weird - not only because of the atrocious grammar but the reply was something along the lines of Bioware issuing the codes for activation on the release date to the e-mail used.

Which seems awfully weird and annoying since I wanted to pre-load it like everything else released on Origin.

Strange thing is it still says "Order Submitted" for both Syndicate and the seperate order of Mass effect 3 yet only Syndicate is showing up. I can't imagine why Bioware would do it a different way for people in the Europe.

Not sure whether to send another ticket to EA...

Yeah I sent one as well just to find out and this is the reply I got:

EA support wrote...

I appreciate your interest in Mass Effect 3. I understand that your game is not showing in the origin. I assure you my support to resolve your issue.

To get this sorted, please note that i have checked your order details and found that your order has been successfully placed in our database. Also, once the game will release it will show in your game list on origin any game which is in a pre-order stage won't show in origin.

Maybe I should reply asking why other games do.

Exactly all other games show up and as Piddlestick mentioned, his Origin shows ME3 so :S, maybe this is happening just to people in Europe but that still doesn't make any sense.

I'm in Europe and the pre-order shows up in Origin as "unreleased".

I've sent them a response asking why people are saying it is showing up for them, linking to this thread.

Go into menu Order history and there should be one, that if you click it list ME3 as part of the order.
If so dont worry it just means that they hidden it on games listing it will pop up later (I had a few do that to me in the past).

Got a second reply from EA, again they stated that my order was confirmed in their database and it will only appear in Origin upon it's release. So I guess it's all good.

Still weird how some people have it in their list if it's not meant to appear until release.

They also gave me a 15% off code if anyone wants it. I won't be buying anything before it expires (last day of the calendar month apparently).
