Hi folks

I'm creating this thread to gather your feedback on the Mass Effect 3 Multiplay demo. What did you like? What did you not like? Please give us your feedback here and let us know what you thought about Multiplay in <ass Effect 3.

I'm creating a similar thread in the General Discussion forum to discuss the Single Player demo. Please use that one to contribute your feedback on the Single Player demo as well.

We want to hear form you. Thanks. :)

i have a question.... are we going to be able to keep our unlocks from the multiplayer (ie my asai adept or weapons) into the full game?

No, characters in demo will not carry forward to the full game.

You can also trust ME as your source :D

Also, regarding "getting the same thing from unlocks" - each time, the existing one will be upgraded and or gain new appearance customization options.

I also want to know this.

plus, character unlocking is tedious.
Maybe it would be better if the packs unlocked a character for your current class instead of a random one in a random class.

I'm almost positive they'll be resetting everything again when the game is released as that wouldn't really be fair to folks that didn't play the demo.  Priest can likely confirm.

In terms of enemies you fight, you'll notice in the custom match screen that there's a slot for "enemy type".  That's all I'll say on the matter.  :)

I like the way classes are unlocked in that the system might encourage you to try a class that you wouldn't normally play just because you can.  I ended up playing my Adept a lot because of this, and that's a class that I normally avoid because I like guns...and grenades.

Cheers!

I find the Multiplayer Fun, interesting and very challenging. I also played by myself it's very difficult. I think you guys need to work on the difficulties especially working on Playing it solo. It's tough even on the lowest difficulty. The game though is very fun. I never even completed one game yet. X.x

MP isn't really meant to be played solo.  There are some classes, like Infiltrators, that can do moderately well
on their own, but you end up shortchanging your teammates because you're not there to help them defend stuff, take objectives, rez, etc.  This becomes even more apparent at higher difficulty settings.

The number with N in front of it? its something to do with your ranking on the leaderboard rankings

That is your N7 rating is it the sum of your deployed class level

I will admit Bioware, when you first announced Multiplayer I was very very scared.. I was terrified it would be bad. I think I may have even voiced this on these forums somewhere. But after playing the demo for hours on end.. I can't help but say it is BLOODY amazing!

We have 2 maps and 1 enemy type and I just can't stop playing it! It is going to be insane!

Oh! Just a bug to point out, whenever I was in a fully lobby and switched characters, my skills wouldn't fully show/bind to my skill bar (PC Version) It happened more than once and just a heads up for testing it your end!

P.S Can we know if we get to keep everything in the demo multiplayer in the actual game, or is it going to be reset?

Nothing caries over

Honestly, the one complaint I have is that the only way to respec my Vanguard in the demo is to unlock the male human version. I've made my choices that looked reasonably good on paper, but have turned out to be not so great in practice. Specifically, going for the 25% faster cool-down Nova upgrade over the half-blast.
I really hope we can redistribute our points in the full-version, as having an optimized build is surely going to be paramount

In the full game there is a means to respec your characters

Being unable to play a 4 player match with a friend makes this MP essentially useless for me and I won't touch it unless it gets fixed.

I love how the multiplayer actually works though, no complaints, I just do not want to play with only randoms when I could also play with friends.

Hello, what problem were you having with the invite friend feature? On what platform?
Thanks
