Uhh, the sniper rifles are good the way they are. If you want a sniper rifle with more shots, then try the M-97 Viper. I for one have no trouble with sniper rifles, close or far range. And there are ways to speed up reloads, the second you see the red bar in the ammo bar melee, or use a power on cooldown and it cancels the reload animation. When I use the M-97 Viper (X) I use it alone, with the Extended Barrel V and the extra ammo mods and for me it's a 2 shot regular shots and 1 shot headshot and at close range I zoom in if I want to be accurate (Like headshotting Guardians) and no-scope, which is surprizingly accurate.XqctaX wrote...

(perhaps cus im used to that function in other games i play MP in ;-) and having consistancy when switching amongst games would make ME3 MP feel less frustrating from unnecessary button mashing to reload)
sulution: change this so they do autoload after each shoot for a smoother sniperstyle gameplay while on the move in the mapsOR add an item than makes sniperrifleclips hold xxx shots before reloads are required, with the possebillity to stay "IN SCOPE FOCUS" ( both changes would be prefable by me)
Also the reloadtime with sniperrifles are terrible, takes forever to reload and makes you stand there like a fool while the enemy overruns your poss....

Also I'll say I COMPLETELY hate the "two half-circle" sight system used for the unzoomed crosshairs now. The color blends into almost all backgrounds and enemies negating the sole use for it. Making it a different color or darker would go a long way in improving the contrast I think.
Third, what is with everything under the sun interrupting the reloading cycle?
Other than that it's been a great deal of fun to play, save for the few and far between people who feel it is their job to start up a converation aimed at telling me how bad I am and how very, very good they are.

1. REJOIN OPTION: Sometimes your skills are not hotkeyed when you go into a game for some strange reason, and you have to exit out to fix it. If I am playing with friend I can quit, and just join map from my friends list. If I am not... I'd like an option to at least attempt to rejoin your last game if it is still in progress. It's cool if I don't keep the points and whatnot, I just want a way to keep playing with the same people if they are good.
2. RESET OPTION: I honestly cannot play Vanguard anymore because every other game I glitch
the hell out from doing a biotic charge "wrong"... on wave 7.
Do you drag your team down by staying in or leave and lose all your points, exp, and money? If this happens, I'd like a way to just kill myself and have the game reset my character somewhere else. I can even deal with it keeping you dead for the remainder of the wave. I just want some way of fixing the glitches and not having to quit out of a good game.
3. INTERACTING WITH PEOPLE YOU MEET: This is supposed to be a social thing right? PSN has a list for people that you recently met, and when you click on them you can friend/block/chat. This is honestly really useful. As of now, if my other teammates don't/won't use mics, I have no way to effectively communicate with them, before, during, or after a match. I dont want to have to friend everyone I want to talk to for a few sentences. Also, it' be nice to be able to send a friend request to XxdalkreoihruoiuxX if I wanted to after a game without having to type the whole name out. Right now it really feels like I have a hard time bonding with people in quick match. I want more people to add to friends that I can play with, but you guys are not making it easy on me!
4. LOBBY CHAT: Hey why not? Going with earlier statement of interacting with people you meet, it'd be a great way to discuss strategies, exchange notes, congratulate each other, etc. Not everyone has a mic, but they should still be able to express ideas to the team or to just say: "Hey brb please don't kick me!"
Glitches and Balance issues:
1. Vanguard. Biotic Charge. Please fix it
2. Skills not hotkeyed. This happens a lot when you change classes/characters.
3. In fact, just let me reassign my skills on the bar please? Why can't I do that? I bind the first 3 slots to mouse buttons, and if I swap characters, I would prefer not to have to rebind the keys so I can get the skills I want on the buttons I want. This would also fix number 2 at the same time.
4. Personal opinion: SMGs have ridiculous kickback. They barely do any damage at all to begin with, why are they also so hard to shoot effectively?
5. Personal opinion: The packs are way too redundant/random. I have 40 rockets, 75 Ops Survival Packs, 109 Thermal Clip Packs... and 0 Med-Gels. Sure, it has to do with how people play, but It'd be a lot more rewarding if they items you get are slightly biased for things that you use often. I get tons of upgrades for weapons I hate using, and for classes that are already maxxed out (customization and exp). It doesn't need to be crazy, just a slight bias would be great.
Other than the above listed issues, I am liking this game a lot. Trying out a lot of different classes, really having a good time with it. I just wish I could find more people with mics that I can make teams with. I wish this game could promote the social aspect more.

Also, as far as loot goes. I sincerely hope you add some kind of categorization to the randomness. Like I can buy a supplies pack that has med kits, missiles, ammo and such. Then you can buy Character Packs, Weapon Packs, Upgrade Packs, etc. I like the random factor, but right now it's TOO random. For example, right now I want to unlock Krogan Soldier, Carnifex upgrades, and Missiles since I'm out of them. I have no option but to cross my fingers and buy the Vet box every other game. That sucks.

Also it would help if host could set a min level restriction so you can't avoid low levels getting in a gold game lobby (and players should then also have the min level restriction as an option in the restricion filter menu).
It would also be nice to have the current wave count in the score menu, as well as a button to mute each player individually (voice chat).

a couple of big glitches probably mentioned previously but:
- falling through the world / not standing on the ground so unable to take cover or move at the normal pace. seems to occur frequently while i'm playing the vanguard.
- at times unable to shoot / use abilities, not sure the root cause though is often linked to the above (not always).
- enemies becoming stuck in a certain position, often prone or floating in the air, game registers 'hits' on the now stuck body but gunfire does not damage them (abilities at times do cause damage).
some other enhancements..:
- difficulty in joining a game with friends, if i only have 1 or 2 in my xbox live party, how about the choice to join a quick match as a party, rather than having to create one and pray the open slots are filled in a reasonable time, or queue till you find a match with enough open slots to invite friends.
- how about level caps on the challenges, 5 and up for silver, between 10 and 15 and up for gold at least if using quick match and to similarly bar people whom don't meet this criteria from being matched into those they can't compete within. the number of gold games with level 1 characters is rather annoying.
- perhaps disabling the ability to get character cards from the in-game store once that character has reached level 20 plus full appearance unlocks... unless this is that element of random rewards like a pokey machine to make us keep trying. personally, not a gambler, just makes me give up.
- inability to melee enemies as certain characters knocked down, certainly this maybe linked to the last glitch above, as the prone character will slide around on the floor to a new position while standing upright quite commonly. if it was slightly harder to knock an enemy flat, perhaps giving us the delightful head stomp execute of assault troopers would be a nice addition.
edit: also, where's my volus adept?!

- The turrets have got to be nerfed somehow for multiplayer. I've read online that in singleplayer an Engineer Shep will be able to hack the turrets. I think this would be fantastic for the multiplayer maps. The only reason I say this is because in multiplayer, a player's team mates aren't right behind them like they are in solo. Also, I've seen it on a few maps where there are 4-5 combat engineers in the same wave. I don't want the turrets to deal less damage, but I wish for a way for multiplayer to take it down easier. An enemy to be wary of, you know?
- I LOVE (repeat a few more times) the Phantoms. They are such a fun enemy to kill. Especially when I'm playing Vanguard.
- I hope more packs become available in the shop. I'm sure it's only like this right now because it's the demo version, but I've been really frustrated trying to get certain things and I haven't been lucky enough to get them. My idea is a pack for characters (No experience points given for classes you already have in this one unlike the two in the demo) and a pack for weapons. I'm still using the Katana because I haven't found the shotgun I want (Eviscerator, where are you?)
- I hope that there can be a map where it takes less time to go through a mission. I play a few games of multiplayer and I'm completely spent because each game is 20-30 minutes depending on difficulty. I don't know, I think this one might be because I stink or something?

I've been into Bioware games since Jade Emprie (that's when my dad started letting me play M rated games). well i think i missed the viper in the game ,if thats my own fault or the damned random packs :PpP ill let that be unsaid
i dont mind the 2 shoots to kill with bodyhits. but my worry is that on gold it will take frikkin 4 shoot or even worse.
something i Dont agree on is the advice to to use what i deem to be "taking advantage of a glitch" witch by the way is in no way meent as a critisism on your playing style,
i rather think that since ME3 is moving away from the slow gameplay that existed in ME1 and somewhat ME2 and into the realm of MP were speed is ALOT of importance. the old crappy longtime reload animations for me has no place in ME MP. like in my example im using a soldierclass witch is a class made solely for using all weapons
and i have to stand around and wait for crappy reloads och use glitches to reload faster = not acceptable.
i rather have the game made propperly instead.
using a powerfull "oneshot one kill" weapon in fast passed close quarters is tricky enough without having to wait for frikkin reloads to finnish up. and the fact it does no reload by itsself when beeing a one shot/reload weap
is unforgiving in a MP game.
for now im dissapointed in the shortcommings of fast reloads on weaps. and on weaps staying unloaded after use when they are 1 shot/mag weaps.
ill play it some more and see if i get over it. otherwise i might just play the singleplay campaign and drop the MP side for battlefield 3 ( accually bad company was better than BF3
Either way im NOT cancelling my pre-order hahaha
