So I've played as Soldier once, Vanguard once, Infiltrator twice and Adept once. My order was Soldier-->Vanguard-->Infiltrator-->Infiltrator-->Adept.
On four out of my five runs -- all but the second Infiltrator run -- everything has been relatively smooth in regard to gameplay mechanics. However, when I created a custom FemShep late last night, I had enemies zooming around the battlefield like they were Vanguards or something (teleporting, basically) in over half my combat encounters. This was especially prevalent during the fights with cannibals on Earth, but I watched numerous Cerberus Assault Troopers do it too, and the Cerberus Engineer fixing those turrets in the sequence near Major Kirrahe warped over to me. (Which made that fight easy, LOL, but yeah.)
Also, Admiral Anderson wasn't available for me to command Concussive Shot attacks with in this particular run except for the holdout at the end of the Earth portion, whereas he'd been with me during the fight next to the wounded soldiers in previous runs.
Very odd that this all happened in just one run and no others. My Adept, the fifth playthrough, had no problems. I guess it's an issue with the loading of various resources going amok that one single time, but I wanted to report it anyway.
PS
The visuals are amazing, although if I'm nitpicking there is one funny gig on Earth. I love that you included dozens of people running in the distance in various areas, but if I pull up the Weapon or Power Wheel and swivel the camera, I notice they've all got the same little running animation and they run in place while the game is paused. I'm not complaining -- it's awesome that you pulled off the resources to add that level of realism given console memory concerns -- but I had flashbacks of Final Fantasy Tactics character sprites from 1998 when I noticed that, lol.
Strange issues that only cropped up in one of five ME3 demo runs thus far.

Did you skip alot of cutscenes? It reeks of a ME2 problem, which had characters snapping around awkwardly during dialogues (although not combat) if you skipped through dialogue too quickly. It would stay broken, even when not skipping dialogue.
Would be amusing if you could confirm this.
