i don't know if anyone else has been having this issue or not, haven't seen it floating around the forums but everytime i turn the game on and it has the news filter talking about additional content and what not, i go to the galaxy at war tab and it says load failed cannot connect to server. but i have no problem actually playing the game online, and when i do play it online and get through the missions and get extracted it doesn't up my galactic readiness what soever. is there something i'm missing?

I keep getting disconnected in almost every match, this has been happening for about 2 days now. It usually happens during the last couple waves of matches. Also platform is 360.

I keep having days (or at least parts of days) where I can't get online and get into multiplayer mode, almost as if the servers were shut down (+ it even tells me I can't connect to server). I guess the servers are not down today?

I've just played a very decend gold match on Dagger against Geth. Beeing in the final wave, last objective is to kill "high ranking" enemies, as in, geth prime, and I just disconnected. For no apperant reason.

Wave 10, everybody starts running into walls. A minute later I get the connection failed message. Good times.

I haven`t read the whole thread, so maybe the issue is already resolved, but:
A friend of mine is unable to join a private game via the Origin friends list or via an invitation. If he sets up a game none of us can join his game.
If he uses the in-game quick match function he, however, can join a random public game and play without any problems. So his internet connection and router settings seems to work.

He tried many different things by now from repairing the install to restarting Origin, ME3, his computer and closing other programs that might or might not have an influence.

Anyone familiar with this sort of issue or has a working solution?

Same here. It's very annoying spending 20-30mins to get to wave 9 or 10 and you get disconnected before you can finish the match. What's going on?

Doesn't help with the poor connection between countries.
I ether have to take cover every 10 seconds when enemies are spawned to stop rubber banding, or host myself and hope the people playing with me know to do the same.
Dedicated servers please

My solution has been to change one setting at a time and it seems to allow me to connect to one host until I leave that host.  By one setting, it seems to be anything.  Like turning on the Online Game Feedback option (from my initial setting to off).  Then next time it was enabling uPNP on my router which seemed to work for a few days until recently.  Then last night it was adjusting the mouse sensitivity, yeah, you read that correctly.  Throughout this, I generally have no issues joining quick games.  Also, the next time I try connecting to a friend's game, I have to adjust something else as the previous changes does not work anymore.

It's P2P, probably the host was having issues.

I can't play with certain people even if I put my PC into a DMZ, they can host and play games and so can I, just not together.

Really really annoying to lose connection in the middle of a match for every match I play.

I don't mind lossing my conection, don't happen often to me, but losin the credits already earned. Thant's a game breakes, hope there is a patch coming.

For example yesterday i was buying a veteran pack, then the message, the pucharse coudl't be completed, if prlbem persist contact customer support. So i kept on trying without success, then i restared the game and my credits were gone WTF...

anyone had that problem?

I have opened both ports but i am still unable to get on 1 single game. "quick"match just has serching for game in the middle of the screen but never finds a single match, the nearest ive ever come is when it says host left please wait for host migration then it says lost conection. If i invite Friends to a game there told game is full dispite the fact im the only 1 in there, if im invited to a game it says joining game but does nothing and wont go of the screen so i have to quit the game and restart it. I have been playing online for 10 years now and i have never had even the slightest bit of trouble playing games online, i dont see why i should have to open ports on my router that have no effect at all to the game isn't this something E.A. should have sorted out themselves. My other E.A. games like battlefield dont require me to do this so i dont see why this game does. Can any1 help me out here all i want to do is play online with other people on what is otherwise a fantastic game.

It's weird how I've been only getting it lately too.

Just now, I used up the last of my medigels in Round 9 and was disconnected at the end of Round 10 on Silver.

its not host i DC even on the menu (and it says disconected from EA servers), and wen playing whith my bro whos on the same network we just DC'ed with one second left, this happens every game, whats the point in multiplayer if you DC every game (EA sucks get real working servers), hope this problem is fixed soon. I RAGE QUIT from multiplayer till its fixed

This is by far the worst multiplayer experience I have ever had. Not that the game is bad, but that the online "service" is so horrendously poor. It is inconsistent, slows the game down EVERY SINGLE LOAD because it has to connect to the EA Servers before it lets you do anything whatsoever, even single player. Not to mention the fact that I have yet to see any post from Bioware or EA saying "yes there is a problem, we are working on it". When the game absolutely has to connect to the server on every startup you would think they could add that simple message to one of the "news" pages as opposed to advertising for the DLC.

Yup happened to me in main menu as well more than that I couldn't reconnect so I had to restart the game. Multiplayer looks pretty friendly and I'm looking forward to play it but with these disconnects it's just pissing me off, so question is If I will be as host will I get disconnected as well? Gonna try it today so far I played quick match.

Just give us an option to reconnect to a game we disconnected from! That's all we want! It'd be great if all the connection issues just went away, but we get punished way too harshly from being removed from the game with no way to reconnect. We lose all progress and the time we spent in the map. Just give us an option to reconnect, and give us what we earned in the match if we decide not to reconnect. It's not that complicated. Internet gaming has been around for a long time and these problems have been figured out already.

What the game needs is a good old fashioned game browser with filters and whatnot so you can actually chose which game to join. They (bioware/ea) should also beef up their servers too. Between yesterday and today, I've played 5/6 quick matches and got 3 disconnections, always around wave 8/9. Pretty frustrating to lose the xp/credits.

edit: last 2 games, 1 successful, 1 disconnection at wave 10 and several kicks because I do not match the criteria. Please, fix your servers and add some true game browsing features

Getting a little sick of loosing connection in wave 11 and getting 0 credits or XP the servers need fixing asap cause my connection is fine why did I pay so much for a broken game the MP is the only thing I play since i've seen all the R G B endings in SP

I had the same problem last night kicking major butt on wave 9 . . . Disconnected . . . .had to restart all over again. . .this time at the LC for pick up . . . Disconnected. . . Pissed off, had makor head shots and melee kills. . . . No XP credits or anything. . . .plz BW fix this. . . .

A friend of mine lost all her gear in MP, every single thing, just vanished. Now I can really only play with her or any others in private match and that isn't 100% either cause everything is under direct control of these EA Servers. I was sitting on the menu a few times in extras checking achievements etc and it loses the EA Servers.... not exactly fun when im not even doing anything important.

Today I cannot connect with EA Servers, at least once.

Edit: Managed to connect. But can't complete single game.
