Out of the 4 games I played this day, I disconnected 2 times... That's just annoying, especially at wave 10..

I just got disconnected an instant after I bought bioware points. I received the paypal notice in my emails, but no bioware points in game.


EDIT - and now the points just showed up. Maybe 5 or 10 mins late, but it worked.
I wish the servers were more stable..

Seem to be having connection issues on 360 since the changes were made a few days ago.

Frequent lag spikes in some games game lasting 2-3 seconds of total unplayability and bouncing around the map instead of walking.

Headshots taking 2 seconds to go pop even after the bullet hit. A few more disconnects, and mostly joining lobbys just for the game to tell me the host left. What like 7-8 times in a row? Methinks there be problems....

Open NAT. Party leader (friend of mine) not downloading, fast connection (20mb+) 16ms ping. Only seems to be since server-side updates were made.

I have trouble with lag on EA servers. For Battlefield 3 also. I have at least 100ms lag, in game but when I ping outside the game or other games then have usually 30-50ms

UPnP is enabled.
I've tried to manually open the 3659 and 6000 ports, but diagnostics still say that I haven't opened them.
I've also reconfigured my firewall to open those ports as well. No change.

Multiplayer is a joke.

Haven't been able to finish any out of last 3 games on PC as I loose connection to server. There needs to be saves of character data after every mini mission so you dont loose all that time and effort.

Was playing fine, and now it is less and less stable. My last attempt was last night and out of games disconnected me on wave 11, at the extraction point. No XP, no credits, I've had no incentives for days now.

As soon as I hit the ´search´ button multiplayer freezes, I cant do anything, not even click on ´cancel´ to make the search stop. Then after a while it says that I lost my connection to the ME servers while the startup screen says I am connected.
This happend since yesterday, before that I´ve had no problem what so ever with multiplayer.

I too am experiencing this issue, same symptoms, even down to multiplayer previously working without any problems.

I'm on the PC and having lag, skipping around the map and disconnect problems too. I'm also unable to make purchases in the MP store. I have to exit the game and restart for each purchase. Customer service was unable to help whatsoever. It is a huge PIA. I like multiplayer but I'm getting really frustrated.

I am having a hella lot of lags and disconnects lately. Been disconnected 2-3 times at stage 10 today..and random disconnects at the beginning of the mission.

I even put my computer in the DMZ, and I'm still not able to even start a multiplayer game.

Got fed up of losing connection to the host, now just creating my own public games with my ethernet connected fibre optic connection, thereby forcing me to be host. Not a single person has been disconnected so far today

Normally get disconnected every other game otherwise <_<

Sort the servers out or at least give us an update about them, all I play is the MP and if that's not fixed i'll be asking for a refund as the game is FUBAR

Same as you, have had multiplayer working nicely, but it stopped working a while ago (maybe 1 week now, don't know exact time).
Hope to have a fix for this from EA fast

I keep getting disconnected all the damn time and usually in later waves. Afterwards a screen saying "EA servers unavailable at this time" is shown and it can take 3 or 4 attempts to re-connect. Surely this is not a modem issue, it never happened in the demo. I was only disconnected 3 or 4 times in the many many MANY games I played. Not it is happening every second or third game and it is really p!ssing me off! I can only imagine the amount of credits and XP I've lost due to this issue. It is not very helpful to friends I am playing with when I disappear in a wave 8-10 silver or gold match either.

Oh yea, and the items still suck!  I am N7260+ and still have missing characters and have not had a decent weapon yet.  I am sick of getting "character training" for characters that have maxed out while others have ot had a single one!

List of problems as of today:

•  Cant connect to certain peoples' games (from friends list) to whom I could always connect since I bought the game and get stuck to "Joining game.."
• .Most of the times I get stuck at "Searching for games..."

Note: I never had this kind of problems untill this very day (Saturday 24-3-2012).
I changed nothing in the settings of my router or the game  - all system settings are set as they have always been, so I've excluded all reasons of problems from myside.

Dear Bioware: If you're gonna host an event that includes heavy server traffic, please maintenance your servers so that the game will be playable.

Anybody out there with similar problems?

Why don't they have dedicated servers? Wouldn't this eliminate many of the problems?
I've had connection problems here or there but the last 2 days have seen almost every game having problems.  Problems with the MP store, Problems getting in a game, problems in game etc.

I've disconnected a couple times. When the lag hits, the game becomes unplayable. I've gotten stuck a few times in a floor on the Tuchunka level. Couldn't get unstuck until the next wave started and then it becomes corner glitch common with the unreal 3 engine. Will stay off multiplayer till this is fixed.

Gha, finally. I've been searching for other reports of this and couldn't find any until now.
Haven't been able to play for 3 days. EA's help chat was worthless.
Also, since this started happening, it's taking twice as long for the game to start up.
Starting to think I wasted my money getting the CE.

yeah I am having this problem too. it's never on teh first levels noooo. it's always on one of the last levels of silver or freaking gold. and the graphics can't seem to keep up when you have a bunch of asaris casting biotics at the same time. everything slows down and gets all choppy like a 1960's film montage. we also have a great connection. My ps3 is wired. 20 dl and about 3 up with little jitter

Yeah, this happens whenever I'm in Bronze or Silver. Thing is I've had no problems until a few days ago, and I've made no efforts to alter anything that could affect the connection. I guess I'm lucky the few gold games I'm attempted did not end in a disconnect.
