This post could have been alot more simplified if the OP would have just said.
Open the ports on your router. And you can actually call 1-800-4MYXBOX and support will give you the port numbers. Sony is the same way.
Then router support can step you through the process of opening up just those ports...as far as anything else the OP is talking about...none of it matters.

If you are having problems to connecting to other players online...you shouldn't be playing online to begin with.

I have allowed ME3 and Origin through my firewall, restarted my computer and my router... there is no reason this should be happening on my end

I get the "Your connection to the game has been lost" when quick matching rather than getting matched up, and I cannot add a friend in a private game because they cannot join. I can create a private game and play by myself, but where's the fun in that?
Hope someone figures this out!

Happened more than 3 times and I just don't care about MP anymore. It was "bonus" multiplayer anyway. <_<
(I have a stable connection, opened all required ports in the router, added it the firewall white-list, 0% packet loss in pingtest.net, etc)

Please make sure you check your router documentation if you want to open the required ports. Also for the connection to the internet problem, could it be your personal firewall that block the ME3 demo application?

is it possible to connect to multiplayer if i dont have a "Battlefield 3" passcode cuz my demo cant connect...?? and where am i suppose to enter it if i had...???
Connection to the server should still occurs even if you do not have battlefield, however if you do not have early access enabled, you won't be able to play multi-player until Friday Feb. 17.
You might want to check out this post regarding getting early access:

I have the same issue. It's on Xbox Live. My apartment complex has a very poorly set up network, resulting in a Moderate NAT, but I am able to play every other multiplayer game. ME3 is the first that I have not been able to play any on.

That is quite strange, you should be able to invite friends directly to your game without problem, if you have the time, is it possible to retest this scenario? We would like more info on this to investigate further.
Thank you

on my PC I was able to play perfectly 4+ matches yesterday, now today I can barely stay on for 4 min before I lose the connection... its happened almost 10 times now and is getting pretty annoying, I just was able to complete a match, all 11 rounds, and then when I got to the lvl up screen I had no points to spend and then crashed when I came back in I was back down my 2 levels.
I have allowed ME3 and Origin through my firewall, restarted my computer and my router... there is no reason this should be happening on my end
Hi there,
Where you able to go back to the lobby after the match you survived all waves; also did you notice if your XP changed at all?
Thank you

After my few map completions (victories or defeats didnt matter) I saw the exp increase and a few times even saw my level increase, but when I got back to the lobby it reverted back down to my stats before the match happened, my money never went up and my exp had not gone up either.

I have sort of the same problem, but on the PC version. I can't join certain friends games when they are the host of the game. The only way we can play together is when my friend finds a game through quick match and I join the same game through friends list which means that someone else has to be the host (if the current host disconnects and my friend becomes the host of the game we're in, I will lose connection).

I keep receiving this message.. usually in the middle of a wave. Upnp is enabled.
Is this happening to anyone else?

Yeah me to. The Server seems to be unavailable right now.
