Ugh. This problem has been persistently betiding me throughout most of the day. I wish this dilemma would be dealt with sooner, as opposed to later. I'm guessing the frustration level is rising without any acknowledgment of said problem. I doubt there will be any compensation for time squandered attempting to accumulate points to enjoy the new content.

Is this some kind of a joke? Because it sure doesnt feel funny? Consecutively 5 times disconnected during a game..... Either fix your scrap of a product or dont sell it at all...

Confirmed: Disabling UPnP on my wireless router has fixed all connectivity issues.

Prior to the patch (with UPnP enabled) I had largely lag-free gameplay. After installing Resurgence I was lucky to finish a mission without camera issues, biotics failing to target, ammo refusing to replenish or a high likelihood of disconnection. All of these issues have vanished after disabling UPnP!

Xbox 360 here... Getting disconnected 4 out of 5 games since the patch :-(
Going to try the UPnP thing... if that doesn't work, I can't play MP until it's fixed.

My internet is fine - I can stay connected to XBL with no problems, and my computer stays connected as well. Only the EA servers keep booting.

I turned on and off the UPnP, see no difference. I just keep disconnecting from the server. I understand you like controversy BioWare, but just because your single player is controversial doesn't mean you need to make multiplayer controversial too, otherwise you risk really alienating alot of people. Know that people's patience with poor customer service and response only lasts so long.

Last night after I lost connection on a Silver match I just shut it down and thought I should be compensated 200,000 credits...it's happend at least that many times to me and I know people have lost out on more than that too...we really should get something...

I have given up on even trying to play the MP in mass effect 3 for now until they fix their bloody issues. Im betting that its Origins fault however..

Tried UPnP, didn't work. Completed one Bronze match, failed to complete 3 silvers.

Until Bioware gives a response on this I'm done.

Last night I was disconnecting literally every 5 minutes.

I'll try that UPnP thing when I get home, but i'm playing on the 360 so it probably wont do squat.

Extremely frustrating bug. I love ME3 MP but this is ruining it for me.

Yeah seriously....i ever since that update an crap i can't even play 5 rounds on BRONZE! with out getting the good old "you have lost connection with mass effect 3 EA servers" message -__- this is bull!! it not my connection i know it! i never had this problem till recently, an to what i understand im not the only one whos getting shafted on the connection with EA lately :/

I have the same disconnection issues since after the patch; disabling UPnP doesn't work, and even in the multiplayer playing by myself in a private match I get disconnected. My internet is just fine, and all other online multiplayer games work fine.

I'm done with the MP. I can understand a random disconnection once for a while, but 3 of 4 matches if I am lucky ? No f... way. I'm on Xbox 360 by the way, wired. All was fine before resurgence.

I must say since updating patches for PS3 my experiences with ME3 have been fantastic, this includes some of the members I have played with in the public domain. I am 46yrs old and can't get enough of Mas Effet 3 and thank you to the people I play with online who are strangers to me but are welcoming, friendly and work as a team, you all make it such a better experience when online and playing.

I give up, its been some time now since release and since then i have only been able to play maybe 10 games if im lucky. as much as i love looking at the searching for a game screen it just gets dull after a few weeks. goodbye and good luck

YA the new patch is garbage... no offence - love the new stuff.... but it looks like the graphics frame rates go bunk after wave 4 ....tried multiple hosts - and EVEN I hosted... same thing. MAJOR LAG   ..by the way, 10 MEG Connection:(

Ok Dude? We all love the MP. Which is the point of this thread. This is a thread for people who are having connection issues with the MP. Obviously since we're all trying so hard to play we like it too.  Your post is nice but has absolutely no place in this thread which makes me wonder what the frak you're doing here in the first place?
