Arrghh, server maintainence did not fix anything. Still losing connection mid-match. Has been happening a lot since resurgence pack released. Never had this issue before resurgence. Disabling UPnP seemed to worked for a while, but not anymore.

First time poster.... Now I know I use wireless internet... But if that was the fracking problem causing constant disconnects, then why can i play EVERY other online game no problems at all. Ditto last 39 pages. EA FIX YOUR ****!!!

4 times disconnected today.... match 10 match 5 match 3 and just started match 2

Another Australian player with constant disconnects in the last couple of days. There will be a stretch of good days where nothing goes wrong and then there'll be days where I can't finish a single game.

I echo so much of what has already been said here. ME3's multiplayer is my first multiplayer addiction, so I had no idea there could be such annoying problems with it. I keep telling myself just go back and start playing the single player, but then I think maybe it's fixed and it'll be able to maintain the connection again. And it works for a while, but then, once again, I'll lose the connection on wave 7 or 8. I'd rather it just not work at all then work in this way. As a novice to the multiplayer experience, is there any hope that this problem might be fixed? I'm playing on a PS3, but it sounds like people on PCs and Xbox are dealing with the same issue, and it all seems to have started with the Resurgence pack. At least that's when it started for me.

This has been happening to me all week and I'm on PS3 as well in the UK.  It's just so disheartening when you're on the last wave or so and you get cut off, especially if you;ve used items and then get no credits at all!  I've got 100% on single player, got al trophies and completed it 4 times, so I can't say I want to play single player either.

Multiplayer is so much fun, being able to work as a team, especially silver or gold matches when everyone just works so well together.  I love the feeling, but these server problems are really getting to me now.

Today i lost my Ressurgence Pack.

Yeah that's right. Everytime i try to log in it apears a freakin message saying "Your DLC is not authorized" HOW THE HELL is my DLC not authorized? It is a FREE DLC. And this is my ONLY account. Can anyone tell me what the heck is that?

Anybody else getting unable to authorize DLC: Resurgence upon starting ME3. It does connect to EA servers but fail to authorize resurgence DLC. It was working few hours ago...

to begin with: why do i need to be authorized to use a FREE DLC? it's FREE.

and now what? i have to play for a week again to get my krogan vanguard back? are you kidding me?

Zero connection issues before Resurgence. Don't try and put this back on some ham-assed FAQ-reading support monkey response. This is pure and simply a ****ty patch deployment and god-awful server management.

I'm actually talking from experience. I had a huge run of disconnects, I think i'd get about one completed game for every six disconnects, I was ready to pack it in. Then I turned off UPnP in the modem and until today had yet to have a single disconnect. The strange thing was that after the patch (today) is the first disconnect I've had in a long time. Pity too, I was going well...

It would be appropriate for the Bioware staff to come in and post of the issues going on with both the lost of the Resurgence pack of maps and characters and the recent wave of lag + disconnects. I have never seen another company make themselves unavailable like this.

I haven't been able to play in multiplayer all night. Am in Australia. It connects the the EA servers. It connects to the multiplayer. But when I try to create an online game it tries to load for a minute then says "you have lost your connection to the Mass Effect 3 server etc".

If I search for a game it now freezes the screen and I have to ctrl + alt + delete.

Also getting message that my 'From Ashes' DLC is now unauthorised. I guess I deal with that later. All I want to do is continue in multiplayer.

And when the Mass Effect 3 loading screen comes up and you have to "press any key to continue", now after pressing the loading screen freezes for 5 or 10 seconds. All of this is new.

I cant find any games, nor i cant buy anything in the shop.
It tell me that the purchase didnt happen, it cant go through.
But i have not lost connection, or the dlc issue..... so whats going on?

The Resurgence Pack isnt in the shop aswell....

I give up now...throw the ME3-MP out of the airlock...and also the EA-servers and host system...I opened all Ports and everything "they" said to me – blablabla from the support of EA – and nothing works...ALL my multiplayer games works fine...ONLY ME3-MP makes me frustrated (and I was thinking after the end in the singleplayer there will be no other reason for frustration in the game...I forget the MP I think now...SAD, JUST SAD!)

I'm also having these problems plus my MP Pass is comming back not valid. Been happening since 7:30 Eastern Time (US & Canada) Monday night.

Yep, me too.  I've been disconnected from every match today.  At least 15.  Some on wave 1, some on wave 10.  so not only am I using valuable equipment, I'm not getting anything in return but a giant headache.  I enabled uPNP, and that worked for ONE match.  And I've tested my XBL connection, and it's not that.  I keep losing connectivity with EA servers.  I also have had the error message "EA servers are not available at this time".  AWESOME.

I've been having these same problems. 'Press Any Key' screen is freezing for 5-10secs. It connects to EA first time every time, and I'm able to enter the multiplayer section of the game without issue. All unlocked characters are available, I can view leaderboards, I can buy packs from the store without issue. But as soon as i press search for quick match, the game freezes for up to two minutes and then loses connection to EA. On clicking 'OK' it goes back to main menu and reconnects perfectly fine. On clicking create game it goes to the blue tip loading screen, loads for up to two minutes, then loses connection again. At no point through any of this does my internet disconnect or have any issues. The ports are forwarded correctly. This started happening only about 24 hours ago

I still couldn't finish one match yesterday without losing connectivity. Or on start up it would say that the servers were unavailable.

Yeah I have. And as per the last couple of weeks, still getting the boot randomly. Every other online/multiplayer game works fine. Even getting booted to the main menu where it clearly states that I'm connected to EA servers. My advice it to not bother with MP untill EA fix their crappy 3rd rate servers or we get some kind of official word on whats being done. =(

Two games in a row disconnected on wave 6 and 10, respectively. Is there even a point to this thread anymore? This is such a disgraceful, fundamental problem and there's nothing Bioware can seemingly do about it. It must have been absolutely awful having Atari as a publisher to make EA seem appealing by comparison.
