Well, I've been disconnect three times on gold, all three times while waiting for extraction.
I've been disconnect numerous times on Silver during extraction too.

This is unsurprisingly, quite frustrating. Not only is it a waste of 20-30 minutes, but I while I don't get any of the credits, I do lose all my equipment, particularly the rare III ones I use on gold.
So I fail to see why they couldn't at least fix that, as they are more then happy to take our equipment.

However, all of this complaining particularly pointless, as little seems to be done, or anything.

So I've put down ME3, and will play something else for now, perhaps i'll pick it up one day, but I know I certainly won't be buying any DLC.

Does anyone know if the current fix fixes more than the early disconnect issue? Im thinking about disconnects on wave 10/11.

Well, I played several games yesterday only a few minutes after the "fix" has been announced in a different thread and everything worked without a problem.
I think PC players are able to play normally. I am not sure about the other platforms. no disconnects at all, matchmaker working (to the degree it "worked" previously).

Well...a have a trouble even in the morning, I can not go into multiplayer. EA support is dead "Sorry, this service is temporarily unavailable." Any ideas?

No offence, my friend says it is maintiance at EA servers, thats why you cant autorize content and join MP. So only thing we can do is waiting.

My game, also, seems to have forgotten it came with a CE online pass. Are we buing stupid here and missing an obvious solution? Is there a manual way to log into Alliance Network, for example?

getting bad disconnects and store errors while purchasing :\\ the first events were some what better but the current matches i play in so lagging

Many many players are locked out from multiplayer for 30 or so hours because they cant even release a simple victory pack without screwing up. 2 hours ago I could play mp np at all after having to wait 30 hours for them to fix their huge mistake.

Now all I am getting is "EA servers unavailable at this time" tried 2 different routers and 2 completely different ISP's same issue!!!!! Now someone is saying its maintenance?! They don't even bother to tell people this need to know information.

If they do then I sure cant find it anywhere, im not going to browse for 15 hours on their cluttered twitter looking for a statement. This is just utterly pathetic so sick of this buggy mess and horrible PR.

EDIT: Sorry for rage post , just all these problems are just getting under my skin D:

Never got the packs, but today I can't play multiplayer because I need online pass.
Shows me $ and six digits, when trying to redeem Cerberus online pass.
Yesterday was playing just fine.

I bought the Digital Edition and everything comes up on the Bioware site just fine. In game? It says I need the "online pass" which came with my purchase and I never had to enter the code..

If it was Maintenance, they should say that.. Not sure why the Victory Pack would have screwed it up. It didn't 2 weeks ago with the last victory pack that was given out..

I have had no problems up until today, I just started playing MP a few days ago and I had no problems besides the log in issues. I was able to play last night and this morning, I can still play but I can't buy anything from the store and I play on a PC.

I have had no issues with the online pass thing and I bought the digital download pre order.

Either than that everything is cool on this end...even the endings. *ducks and covers*

My 20 min disconnect seems to be caused by my router, since it doesn't happen when playing over 3G

I haven't noticed a regular period of time between disconnects. I actually find that disconnects almost always happen in the first game or two of the night (usually both), but then gradually settle. Once you get into a group of four players with some stability, it's possible to last several games in a row without disconnection.

Managed to stay in a game today so thats an improvement. But whats the point when its laggy as hell and most of the time I'm jumping around. I'm on PC and I'm wondering if its a problem at my end. Don't know if anyone has any thoughts.

Getting pretty consistant disconects from Mass Effect server on Xbox 360 here have not been able to complete a match all day get DC'd somewhere between Wave1-11. "lost conection to Mass Effect Server" and booted back to main menu. Any news on a fix?

I have used all the settings mentioned but I can not play more than 3 minutes in a game
