This.
And more than one - how many equivalent Spectre Packs have we all lost from disconnects? A few freebies would be a nice gesture at the very least.

Jep. Servers down. And since it can't authorize my DLC, I can't resume my game. Well done, EA.
Same here. I also can't figure out the logic: I can understand DLC authorization the first time you install new DLC, and also checking for new DLC every start, but authorizing the exact same DLC every single time you try to play just creates problems for no reason. If it's authorized once, why does it need authorizing again. And again, and again...
P.S. Sorry for double post!

Also authenticating DLC only once or maybe even once a month would be good as now I cannot even play campain mode as my DLC does not work.

Dammit!!! Bioware, what the hell? I was looking forward to some morning MP time before my day got busy, but yet AGAIN the server is down?
I am getting to the point where I will stop playing soon - this is so frustrating!!!

Yeah, I know what you mean. It's undoubtedly very hacker/piracy-proof and all that, but unfortunately it seems pretty much legitimate player proof as well...

Thank you for contacting Electronic Arts again. I assure you my support in getting this issue resolved.
I apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. The issue you are facing looks like a connectivity issue, Here are some general troubleshooting tips that can help you troubleshoot this issue.
First, be sure to disable any firewalls you have running.
• Software firewalls can simply be turned off, usually by right clicking on the icons near your clock and selecting “Close” or “Exit”.
• Hardware firewalls should be bypassed by going from the computer directly to your modem, skipping any router you may have.
• Try cycling the Power on your modem. For this, switch off your modem and leave it un-powered for about 5 minutes then re-start the modem, this should power cycle your modem. If you have Windows XP, there is a built in Firewall that we will want to disable. Please follow these steps to do so:
• Double click “My Network Places” on your Desktop or in your Start Menu
• Click “View Network Connections”
• Right click on “Local Area Connection” and Select “Properties”
• Click the “Advanced” tab
• Make sure to uncheck the box under “Internet Connection Firewall”
If you are able to connect after disabling any firewalls you have running, then this is definitely the cause of your trouble. If you wish to play the game with your firewall running, please add the game to exception list of your firewall.
If you have any further questions or concerns please reply to this email or visit our extensive knowledge base online at http://help.ea.com.
Sincerely,
Sudhir

Not possible at weekends as far as I can see. Either that or after a long wait getting thown into matches halfway through, or disconnected if entered correctly. Even once got thrown into a match on wave 11, e.g. get to extraction zone. Only assume I benefited from someone else being disconnected. Stats said it had taken around 18 mins but I must have been in there for about 45 seconds.

Bioware please do a network maintenance once a week.....
Bioware doesn't cover that but EA's people working at the physical location where the servers at. prolly IT guys. Bioware doesn't know jack about networking and such.

Yeah, such great advice there. "Expose your computer online."

Otherwise if you get kicked off after wave 3, 6, or 10 it should save after you get kicked off the servers and you gained whatever you earned along with not being cheated out of all the rockets and medigels you used, and equipment you brought to the run.
Are we all viewed as lazy cheaters who want to abuse the system? Delightful.
