And I agree with KosmoZero on the ridiculousness of being constantly forced to connect through EA's servers.

Just got booted and now I can't even connect to the server. I can log into xbl, but the ea servers are won't go.

*edit: so it looks like it's just being wonky. Looks like time to call it a night and give it a go in the morning. Was able to get on long enough to net me a kirshock x and gussy up some characters.

I can't even begin to tell you why, just that it's a bug.  I've had that happen a couple of times, and it eventually corrects itself.  So don't worry, it's not permanent.  Hopefully.

As far as im aware its only for multiplayer not the main game, there two seperate things.

OK now im pissed, 4 times on wave 9, internet connection lost, what the hell is going on with the servers, not only lost credits but stuff as well, yes im pissed.

I don't know if this is a weapon bug (most likely) or a connection thing, but my Hurricane smg occasionally does zero damage. The damn thing barely has ammo but then you empty it all into one thing and it hasn't done a single point of damage. I don't get the problem with any other weapon even half as often (but it has happened rarely).

still no word from any devs as to whether this disconnect/joining game bug is been looked into/fixed, this is bad, i still cant join some of my friends games and constantly get the joining game hanging on loading screen, and also get disconnected during a wave, it seriously needs fixing, im on pc btw

I have been town out of 5 consecutives matches all of them past round 3 and I'm sick of it. Did all the recommendations and still can't finish a match.

some days ago it was only on a few matches and the frequency at which i am getting thrown out is increasing to the point were i can no lover finish a match.

what I'm asking is if there is any way the problems in the server can be solved (and when) or, am I not going to be able to play multiplayer anymore.

I'm playing on the ps3 if it helps

Nothing pisses me off more than playing a gold match and using all level 3 equipment, and then getting disconnected after a few rounds. All that equipment, wasted.

My response:
-To hell with this EA/BioWare. I’ll pull ME3 and play something else. Skyrim? Halo Reach? Hunted? Maybe Enslaved… Hell one of the Burger King games (Sneak King, Pocket Bike Racer and Big Bumping) would be preferable to this crap.

Me too, I get disconnected from half of the matches. I doubt it's my connection, 'cos I never have problems of this sort with any other online game. I hope they can get this fixed soon 'cos I'm enjoying it when it works.

If you're encountering connectivity issues with Mass Effect 3, a good first step is to ensure the proper ports are opened. The UDP Ports that need to be enabled inbound & outbound to play multi-player:
UDP Ports: 5659, 6000

There's a slight difference between 3659 and 5659.

My problem about ME3 multi is every time i open multiplayer menu causes my PS3 to work very slow. I mean game and the system work at the same time like a PIII cpu pc for some time. Anyone experienced that before?

Xbox 360, I have not had a huge problem with the servers but this week it has been very glitchy. I have seen the servers go down. Lots of load glitches including loading into a game where the load screen stays up and says waiting for squadmates. Except I can here the squad mates fighting and asking me where I am at. Then I end leaving the match go to another match, but when the load screen attempts to load me into that match it loads me into a different match with a different crew.

Also I thought the falling through level's thing had been fixed, had that happen to me a bunch of times. Once I fell through the game and into another match. What the heck is going on? Fall, load screen, suddenly a different map. Another time I fell through the map and respawned in the enemy spawn zone. Not sure what is going on but but everything has been glitch all week, at least for me, never really had any of these problems before.

My multi - player game has frozen and kicked me off line. It almost always happens durring waves 9 - 11 when your under heavy fire. My internet connection is good. I think it is a server problem.

I must apologise to (origin ID) "monsuri" (?) and two others who I can't remember - disconnected after being instakilled by a banshee, which obviously looksed like a rage quit. Sorry to leave you hanging!

Guys I have a solution (for pc gamers only, sorry console users) If you are experiencing in game lag i have found some awesome solutions such as. Open orgin, Go to my games, and right click and click on Repair install. Bascially what this does is repairs any corrupt data causing the game not the work. At first whenever my friend told me about this i was like wtf and he said hurry up and do it, i did it and have been playing for 4 hours and have not lagged out once. Also if that does not help whenever mass effect 3 is up press alt-tab at the same time, right click the bar at the bottom and look were it says EA core server, right click, hover it over "set priority" and set it to high do this also Mass Effect 3 and orgin in the task manager. I really hope this helped because im going to go play now
